To investigate the efficacy of transdermal dihydrotestosterone therapy on 22 patients with microphallus, we applied dihydrotestosterone gel for 8 weeks to the external genitalia at daily doses of 12.5 mg. and 25 mg. for ages less than and older than 10 years, respectively. All patients were evaluated for penile and prostatic growth, pituitary-gonadal axis function, serum sex hormone binding globulin, lipid metabolism, hepatotoxicity, bone age and height velocity. All patients demonstrated growth of the penis during treatment. The mean increase rate (153%) in the first 4 weeks of treatment was higher than that (118%) of the second 4 weeks. Of importance is that responses were noted in 4 patients who had failed testosterone therapy for microphallus. The pituitary-gonadal axis was transiently suppressed during treatment, and serum sex hormone binding globulin and lipid metabolism were transiently affected during treatment. Serum alkaline phosphatase increased, mainly due to change of bone isoenzyme but bone ages and mean height velocity were not significantly affected. In conclusion, transdermal dihydrotestosterone therapy is an effective and relatively safe modality in the treatment of microphallus.

DHT does not convert into Estrogen like T does.
It will not screw with your hormones because its a "topical" gel and it is focused on a specific area(Penis in our case).Besides DHT gives you more strenght and muscle,so in the worst case scenario you would become bigger and stronger.
They are permanent if you follow up with an Penis Enlargement routine. Injecting DHT = not recommended...putting needles in your dick O.O.

You need to cycle the DHT gel. 30 days on and then stop using it for a while until your Androreceptors have returned to normal.

With each cycle there has been claims of 1/4-0.5 Inches,which means if you do 2 cycles you could end up with an whole inch in extra lenght or girth.
And 3 cycles = 1.5 Inches etc.
And 4 cycles = ~2 inches.

Word bro

The DHT gel is Topical,which means it is focused on the area where it is rubbed into. If you rubb it into your penis it will affect the penis not the hair (Wash hands afterwards just to reduce the risk of putting DHT gel in the hair by accident)

Green tea rasises it by 192%. But Tea contains Caffeine so its a double edged sword.

How can raising DHT help and keeping it from raises also help? There are drugs like Saw Palmetto that prevent your body from converting test into DHT and it keeps prostate healthy. Why would you want to stop your body from converting test to DHT?

Testosterone converts into estrogen. DHT does not.

Im sorry guys but here is the thing..

1) the study you post was done in PRE PUBERTY with MICRO Penis EnlargementNISES.When they got topical dht gel they reach their max size just earlier or with other words when a child get steroids they get into the puberty much earlier.So that doesnt mean they got bigger penis then when they would get no dht and wait till they get into puberty

2) DHT is very old news.10 years back till 2day there are thousands of people using several chemicals like dht gel and also injections with no results including me .I ordered from allsaintclinic.

ofcourse it will go systemic .Not as much as injections but the penis have vains and it will go into your bloodstream.I didnt give a shit about becoming bald IF I will get bigger penis.Well... I was damn dissapointed..my hair got thin and my penis didnt get larger.
