Lately I've been getting kind of frustrated, I'm now pulling 7 and a half inche bpfsl .but my erect length is still always 6.75 bpel ,so I've been reading and matching the mos DVD and it says that erect stretches are the best. The problem I'm having is that I don't exactly know how to do it . My grip is horrible even with baby powder , the blood just slowly leaks away and I'm left with no grip. What should I do? Also one last thing does it benefit you to do erect stretches in different directions or am I just risking injury? Thanks!

any want who can help here?i have some experience with streching but to be honest i have never made some erect streches in my life...have you tried the manuel flaccid(flaccid after jerking off)streches...maybe dld newbie routine...it's very powerful....
 
Perhaps a small wrap of soft cotton would help. Also, using rubber, latex or leather gloves will greatly help with grip. Lastly, if you have a Bathmate you can do Hardcore Stretches which will increase your erect length. Using a PowerAssist or LengthMaster you can do Expressive Stretching, which will also help.
 
You are in exact same situation as me, bpsfl 7.5, bpel 6.75. So frustrating as I really want to be able to say I have a 7incher but until erect catches up it feels like self-delusion. I am currently trying Bathmate hardcore stretches so I will let you know how I get on.
 
For almost months in doing P.E, I've stretched in front of a heater with somewhat medium heat near my unit. Used a bit of baby-powder to increase my grip. This has helped me well in stretching. It dries out some of the moisture under the glands, giving me that enough grip to do hard-ass tunica and bundle stretches. It's a portable heater. You might want to try that.

I think the Bathmate Hardcore Stretches will be a big help. The logic behind them is very different than typical stretching. These are more focused to pulling internal penis out allowing the user to make length gains from a different perspective.
 
Ok so I just clocked a personal best BPenis EnlargementL of 7.25". Happy days! Now to see if its just temp gains or if I can cement it. I'll try and upload pics if I can; I find taking length pics a bit tricky but I'll see what I can do.
 
rude_god did you measure right ater doing the stretches in the Bathmate? becaus even when i you the Bathmate regularly , if i can get my self fully erect after i usually hit just over 7'' but if you mesure the next day befor going in its usually back to 6 3/4 ''

if you stop doing them for a week or so, and still have the gains thats fantastic ! good job!
what type of Bathmate hardcore stretches are you doing, erect, flaccid , pressure , intensity?
but in anycase its good to see the length your grabbing !
 
Q:What's the best way to do erect stretches?
My Answer: If you uncut than pull the foreskin back and grasp underneath around the glans of the penis and commence a stretch.
Using a latex glove or material wrapped around the area will help with grip such as an old cloth or what I have found to work well is Silicone wrapping.

The exercise to perform are the CTS or TCS clamped stretches.
 
hey red , i just read your thread on cts's and i would like to say that the exercise is great . i just tried it !
see ive always been a little hesitant about erect stretches , i just always thought that there was to much of a hold or strength in the penis when its erect to stretche it.
constricted is definetly the way to go , i once tried doing regular erect stretches and for that the blood ran thru my grip to easily , i would have to continualy get re-stimulated . but with cts i find that this dosent really apply becaus your engorment isnt going anywhere so its very convinient !
i do have a questions that i would like answerd if you could reply that would be great .
1. when i do these cts, i know thats it is an external type of exrcise right, but strangely i feel a really intense stretch at the root of the penis behinde the bals by the perenium. what should i be feeling on the outside ?

2. how hard should the pull be , when i just performed the i pulled quite hard and the exercis became a little , not so much painfull but uncomfortable wich began to make it a little hard to get fully erect repeatedly . also because i needed to use a fair amount of tightness in my grip i caused som minor bruising or burst cappilaries or what have you nothing to get exited about it just happened becaus of the extra pressure i created while clamped and already fully engorged . but im sure this is normal once in a while.

3. just out of curiosity have you gained from souly doing cts as your length exercises ?

No worries and glad you like it, DLD started doing something very similar years before but they were simply called Erect Stretches (He should have named them) haha.

Regarding the Questions see below;

1) I think it depends on the direction i.e. up, down, straight out, left and right but so long as you feel an intense stretch your okay. Its more external stretch but if you feel it hitting the internal than more the good.

2) It needs to be a good strong stretch but obviously not so hard that you cant hold it for several seconds at least. I do these stretches with the skin pulled back to avoid any skin stretch at the base, wrapping underneath the glans helps with grip and intensity.

3) They've helped me for sure, especially bridging the gap between FSL and BPenis EnlargementL
 
i like to do a hybrid dry jelq/ erect stretch exercise, which is basically combining the two exercises into one. start with an erect stretch and do some dry jelqs with the free hand- as you complete each jelq up to the head, loosen your stretch grip enough to let blood into the glans, then retighten your grip immediately. repeat.

these help me to maintain a good grip by not allowing the glans to disgorge(loose blood). actually, i need to do more of these. thanks for reminding me! cheers
 
i must try these erect stretches.

i have been doing them in the Bathmate last few weeks and really feel the inner base of my penis sore afterwards.

i am over 8.5bpfsl and just over 8.1bpel would love if i could turn my bpel into my bpfsl :)

will try these tonight or tomorrow perhaps.
