hello dld your routine srt really seems to be very good, not follow it right because I'm still not all equipamentos.queria whether a person like me who have little time can make a routine dividing into small pieces during the day.
I'll give an example: Do three sets of 6:30 Behind The Cheeks and three sets of Straight Down and then put the Strapp 12:30 pmJim and do three sets and three sets Straight Out of Straight Up and then put back Jim Strapp and 18:30 pm to begin the work of perimeter then put the cock ring 21:30 have sexual relation and jim Strapp put to sleep.

Yeah it isn't a problem to divide up your routine through out the day, it can also be very beneficial to do so instead of just doing p.e. at one point during the day and doing nothing for the rest of the day.

By the way, what are you referring to when you day "perimeter"? I'm assuming you're talking about some kind of pump maybe the penomet?

Or by perimeter do you mean girth? That would actually make more sense.

It is a good idea to split up your routine throughout the day as it keeps the penis is constant enlargement. It also greatly increases focus and concentration when the routine is split into smaller, more manageable sessions. Just be sure to get everything you can out of every routine, reach for good expansion nd elongation with every exercise.
