I believe in this theory too. Increasing engorgement time or stretched (or un-turtled) time should increase gains.

If you Penis Enlargement 2 times a day, plus wear ADS, I´d say you`ll get the fastest gains both in lenght and girth. Have not tried it though.

Many guys have reported length gains using only the VIMAX (or whatever extender you have). I am a firm believer in manual work but if this is not your bag rock the extender.

I'm sitting here just chomping at the bit after reading Citizen's post because I can tell you that he's not exagerating one bit. If he can sustain that level of commitment to that routine...look out.

And DLD's post about working out 10 to 12 times per day was very powerful. If any of us could actually dedicate ourself to (and I'm using this as an example, pick your favorite exercise/technique) doing Uli's routine, like Citizen is, for 10 to 12 times per day everyday for 6 months to a year...the gains would be phenomenal. Mind blowing would not be an over-exaggeration.

But it's rare the individual that can spare the time who's afforded the luxury of a schedule such as that. However, a modified schedule for a focused freak could offer a similar opportunity for amplified gains...here's an example and again, insert your favorite exercises/techniques.

1. early morning upon rising, 15 min session of wet jelqs followed by 50 uli's

2. get home from work, same

3. after dinner, same

4. before bed, same


This is an example and you can modifiy it for more or less but as DLD described in this thread and others...maximum intensity for as long a duration as possible and as often as possible is what creates results. There's the fucking formula...took me long enough for the light bulb to finally go on huh?

I'm about to create a solid hands free routine for girth and length tonight and implement it first thing in the morning...helluva thread goldmember.
 
I was thinking of doing the following -

AM 1 - Hang 30mins MaxVac 3kg

12 Noon - 600 Wet Jelqs 2-3secs

PM 1 -Hang 30mins MaxVac 3kg

PM 2 Before Bed - PM 1 -Hang 30mins MaxVac 3kg

This routine is split throughout the days so its Penis Enlargement all day at various intervals.
But after reading this very good and interesting thread, would i see better gains cutting the routine down and doing Early AM and late PM routine, 2 split sessions?

What do you think would see better gains, as my heads messed up again now, i thought i had my routine sorted.

Want to get the best routine to get gaining!!! any thoughts?

You're routine will work great for length provided you do two things.

1. do it daily...screw time off (at least until you get burned out LMAO )

2. you must consistently increase the intensity so once a week go up in weight...a pound or two per week (no more than 5 though) so your tissues can adapt. You don't want to rush the progress and end up with an injury.

I don't think it's about 2, 4 or any specific number of sessions. I'd say it's about keeping the fatigue in place, for lenght that is. For girth, after getting over 100% expansion during your session, try and keep after workout engorgement as long as possible too.

If you need 4 or 8 sessions for that, it's ok. No point in going overboard with less sessions and too much intensity and risking an injury. That's what I'd say to most people, but of course, your case may vary. Again, just my take on this.

And yeah good thread, keep em thoughts coming.

So for length that routine ive got is ok and dont need to do a day split!

I also have Vimax Extender, would it help wearing that as much as i can, if so there wont be much of a rest, im just concentrating on hitting length for now, not girth yet, so this routine would bring good gains you think?

I never miss a day of Penis Enlargement, im dedicated and determind to get my goal, just need know the best way to go about it!

I also keep it strict and intense, i am slowly upping the weights, i am taking it easy for 1st couple of weeks to come cutomed to it again, but then the weights will be increased weekly i hope!

Im think im just expecting good results like i did from the newbie routine when i got 1inch!
