DLD, heck of a post.
I'm sitting here just chomping at the bit after reading Citizen's post because I can tell you that he's not exagerating one bit. If he can sustain that level of commitment to that routine...look out.
And DLD's post about working out 10 to 12 times per day was very powerful. If any of us could actually dedicate ourself to (and I'm using this as an example, pick your favorite exercise/technique) doing Uli's routine, like Citizen is, for 10 to 12 times per day everyday for 6 months to a year...the gains would be phenomenal. Mind blowing would not be an over-exaggeration.
But it's rare the individual that can spare the time who's afforded the luxury of a schedule such as that. However, a modified schedule for a focused freak could offer a similar opportunity for amplified gains...here's an example and again, insert your favorite exercises/techniques.
1. early morning upon rising, 15 min session of wet jelqs followed by 50 uli's
2. get home from work, same
3. after dinner, same
4. before bed, same
This is an example and you can modifiy it for more or less but as DLD described in this thread and others...maximum intensity for as long a duration as possible and as often as possible is what creates results. There's the fucking formula...took me long enough for the light bulb to finally go on huh?
I'm about to create a solid hands free routine for girth and length tonight and implement it first thing in the morning...helluva thread goldmember.
