hey every body i need some suggestions from the best. i have been doing penis enlargement exercises for quiet some time now and i feel i havent reallymade any gains, i keep trying because i am keen to grow, but it can only be so long till i give up. i am currently at 8 inches nbpel and would like to get to 8.5 even up to 9. i do dlds routines, i have been doing phase 2 for a while and sometimes i even do, phase 1 in the morning, phase 2 at lunch and use my length master, and i use the Bathmate at night. its really getting to me as i have spent quiet alot of money and am not really seeing any results. now please nobody say keep trying because i would love some serious suggestions and answers :)
 
So bro, ever heard of over-training ? From your avatar i bet you have.

You are doing too much bro... think muscle hypertrophy even though it's a different kind of tissue, it still has to recover, preferably in a stretched condition, ( ads ).

Man - dont get stressed about it - I think you would do well to listen to Mike - please remember that everyone wants the same thing - an improved cock - but our bodies respond to exercise in different ways and rates. You might want to consider stopping your routine, taking a break say a week or so and then start again using the newbie routine. It may seem to be a backward step, but that programme is powerful and many here have gained material results- good luck my friend

Hard to overtrain ??!! Dude i have ONLY done the newbie routine over and over for years and still i had to stop once in a while to get the gains going again when the infamous plateau is reached.

No matter how simple or advanced training you are doing, you STILL need time off bro. Cells need time to repair, as well as nutrientes and water so... give it a rest and start again.

You will see the gains then coming faster.

Perhaps you are doing to much or you may need more rest days, some guys are like this. Perhaps keep the routine the same but go for 3 on 2 off and see if this helps.
 
Hey Bigc, I noticed that working hard for 2 weeks and then taking 3 days off makes me grow.
 
i have been doin ~1 hour of flaccid stretching every other day(30min. manual, 30 length master), and 30min dry jelq on my off days of stretchin.
you can Penis Enlargement every day, but try alternating stretching and erect work each day. good luck.
 
I dont think youve said anything about doing too much work at all BigC. In fact it sounds like the answer to what your question is is that since you are not gaining is because you are doing the exercises to make gains and that is what is keeping you from gaining? Actually I may ask you what a typical routine daily looks like to you. You may follow the routines but I would even argue that you may not be doing enough and that REALLY is why your not making the gains You want. So how long have you been doing these exercises, how often, and what exactly are you doing? Maybe you are doing too much but well have to see what your doing first.

If you arent seeing the results you want figure out what it is that is keeping you from succeeding. If your having trouble with motivation, because your not sure if its worth the hard work and effort, do some more research and really ponder whether its worth finding out if it really works or not.

Id say give it a solid 6 months of a solid reliable routine and you can have that .5" or 1" easily.

ok my routine is like. when at work ill slip in 10 minutes every so often and do a set of dld's phase 1 exercises. when i get home i use the LengthMaster, i do 5 sets twisted to the left then 5 sets to the right pulling as hard as i can. i then do dld blasters 50 reps. then around 7.30 ill jump in the bath and us the Bathmate for 20 minutes. this is what my routine generally looks like
 
try to get at least a solid 30minute session each day of stretching(for length) or erect work( if you are going for girth). cheers.
 
Doesn't look like it is a solid structured routine, no offense is intended by that. Slipping in 10 mins every now and then at work will not have you in the correct mentality, you really need to find at least 30 mins or so at home for the manual stretching, go back to basics, have a look in the newbie forum at DLD's first routine. Those stretches will be a great foundation and help you keep consistent in your routine, at least in that aspect. 10 minutes of them at work doesn't seem like enough, unless I'm understanding your post wrong.

Ok I dont think your routine is bad. With the Length Master exercises, DLD Blasters and Bathmate alone you should be gaining so I wouldnt say it wasnt enough or it was too much. The next thing I would want to know is how long you have been doing this routine and how often so is it 7 days a week no time off, 6 days a week one day off, 5 days a week, etc on an average week to week basis since the time you started.

If I were to change anything from your routine it would be to add jelqs daily along with kegals daily. If you have been at a solid routine for over 6 months and you dont see the results you expect more or less you definitely need to change something in your routine whether it be DLD Blasters or the LM dont give you the progress you want maybe try hanging or an extender or different manual stretches.
