Hi guys,
I was wondering if there is a correlation between base girth and erection strengh,
I mean a thicker base would cause a better inflow of blood, and thus sustain a better erection...?
if yes what is the best exercise to increase in priority base girth ?

Don't think so. but if you wanna increase base girth do hanging.

ive heard this before, i too would like to thicken my base, but i dont own a hanger and dont really like the idea of hanging, any manual exercises that aid in this ?

also, why is it that hanging, a length exercise, aids in girth ?
 
Hanging pulls out the inner penis which is very thick, thus making it "useable", don't think it actually causes the base to get bigger. You can do the same with DLD's "Alpha Ligament Stretch" (look it up.)
 
I am not sure my inner penis is thicker, since I realise what I gain at the base with stretching is less thick.
I don't do hanging btw, just manual stretching.
Anyone with a concern on this please?
or anyone thinking that thicker base means better erections?
 
Yes you need to do B.T.B jeqling to increase blood flow, I'm sure there is other things but you need to concentrate on the part of the penis behind the balls.
 
B.T.B jelqing!? :O how do you that, do you have a link or something?
 
It's easy! Pull your balls forward a bit, then jelq from as far in your body as you can grip (extreme base of penis), right up to as far as balls go, then repeat. Compare to normal jelqing where you jelq from in front of balls to the glans.
 
Jelqing and stretching can certainly increase base girth. I've never pumped, done any hanging--just manual exercises, and my girth at the base of my penis ranges from 6.5" to 7" when I'm erect . That's 1.5" to 2" larger girth than when I started.

I have no idea whether a larger base girth increases the quality of my erections.
 
Make sure when you do B.T.B jelqing that you press in between the thumb and first two fingers, and you form this shape/\. You have to make sure you milk the middle and not just the sides, that is why /\ is important.
 
Good advice. This is a GREAT configuration. You should really feel it tugging on the inner penis.
 
Wait until you see just how insane erections can get from doing this, and of course blood flow. I still can't help but wonder what a device made for B.T.B in mind could produce.
 
I would think that having a thicker base means that you have less blood flow going on in your penis. If there was more blood flow, the upper half of your penis would be the same size... no?

I noticed focusing on the middle when jelking is very important because it seems to force more blood to the head too,
when you do regular jelking do you guys prefer the A shape or just the normal grip (palm up)?

I think I found a good way to add more girth base,
i just combined two exercises, SSJ and compression squeeze
so here it is:
you start with the ^ shape and you grab the base of erected penis like you would do for a ssj
THEN with the other hand you grab the base of the gland like you would do for a regular compression squeeze ( no ^ shape)
after that you squeez like a compression squeeze , from the gland to the base until you can't go any further,
This way I can go at least one inch further toward the base and work that area more seriously than with a regular compression squeeze
don't forget to squeez hard and to trap as more blood as possible in your penis
I do it at 70 -80 % erect since the penis is not too hard and expands better than when done at harder state.

what do you think?
