Almost no gains in years i feel embarrased of all of the years i ve been exercising and what have i done wrong choosing wrong exercises? maybe not following the routines properly? maybe, a negative state of mind? who knows maybe the combination of the aforementioned, well i restarted in january this year its been 8 months since then, gonna keep exercising and researching and see what i get if any of you guys can help me out whit exercises to gain lenght i would be thankful Hope i dont give you guys a pessimistic view about PE because PE is about learning and growing not only physically but in lots of aspects in life, thanks for reading my experience i would like to give you a better view about my experience whit PE but english is not my native language<:(

I've had a hard time too. Are you always consistent with your PE or do you take a lot of breaks and start again? How much do you do in a day? Do you have any of the popular devices?

I just read your post in the Newbie Thread and I got my answers to your questions here. Perhaps the Newbie Routine was not intense enough for you, some men just need more intensity than others. Have you looked into the SRT Routine? This routine is massive in intensity and covers many bases in enlarging, men who have had trouble gaining have found gains in the SRT Routine. It is bases largely on super-sets of exercises that compliment each other and bring the greatest elongation and expansion, it also gives direction to healing in better ways to make gains become permanent faster. Have you tried any equipment yet? There are many guys who find that equipment works better for them than manual work. The awesome thing about SRT is that is can be done with or without equipment. I suggest reading the SRT Routine and seeing where it can help you.

I have tried to be as consistent as possible in these years as far as i remember, i took a six months break and most of the time i exercise 15 16 days in a month there was a time when i practiced everyday, anyway assuming by the time i have spent exericising i believe i could have something bigger but idont, i spent an average of 40 mins or more jelquin, and i would like to try the SRT regarding popular devices no i dont have the money to buy them.

Doing 40mis straight of jelqing in one year should bring some solid results in both length and girth, so I think that just like all the other no gainers out there you're doing something wrong.

When I first started PE Id did the newbie routine for 3 months consistently with NO GAINS so I quit, two years later I got back into PE with more motivation and read all I could on other forum and here to understand how to exercise properly and BAM I gained 0.5" length and 0.2in girth in 4 months.

So based on my experience I belive there's no such thing as no gainers, sure I belive in hard gainers as I'm one of them but if you don't gain anything in ONE YEAR it's obvious that you're doing more then one thing wrong.

My advice to you is to do your research and watch as many free PE exercises videos as you can get your hands on to get the propper technique, there are a few great ones on this website.

Do PE everyday and don't take no for an answer, beat that mofo up lol

I believe you should A) never give up and B) crank up the intensity. Three years ago I started this journey because of MOS and learning about the Bathmate. For the first year, all my PE were bathmate sessions and I didn't achieve many permanent gains. It wasn't until I started stretching to the point of discomfort and intense dry vacuum pumping until I started to make the gains I expected. I'm not suggesting to risk hurting yourself, I'm just agreeing with DLD, some people need more intensity to reach their goals. Just like some people have to diet for a year to lose 10lbs and others lose 10lbs just thinking about dieting.

Bathmate, lengthmaster, extender, quality male enhancement pills and you've pretty much got it right there. I know that stuff costs alot so buy them slowly over time. Throw in some kegels and reverse kegels, manual stretches throughout the day, like after a shower or when going to the bathroom, wrap your dick with ace wrap, and jelq any and every time you masturbate. Before you cum, obviously. Hope this helps. I've gone from 5.9 to 6.5 x 5.5 in a couple months doing all this and I hope to reach 7 x 5.75 eventually. If I hit that I will keep on going. If I can do it so can you. Trust me.

There is no IF in PE, there is only a WHEN!

If you are consistent with a solid routine and you have a negative state of mind, you will still gain. The problem you are having is lack of consistency.

I agree. This is so important to understand.
If you tolerate "hope", "maybe", "IF"... into your mind of thinking (thought pattern) you will never accomplish great things in life.
Set a goal and do everything possible to get to that goal, have a clear path, and a plan to get to that goal. This is the reason I don't believe in small goals. Small goals will limit your soul. If you need to remove negative energy from your life to get to this way of thinking...you need to do that, even if it's a "family member" that are putting you down, just distance yourself from them and you will see your life improving.
