In regards to bundles I have been trying. So we warm up then do 2, 30sec set each directions. So by the end of 30 seconds it does start getting hard so in between sets I let it go down. You you think this is adequate for tunica work, before phallosan.

That sounds like a good starting amount of Bundles, ideally you will want to get between 5 and 10 minutes before a session.

The sensation loss you are experiencing, I would actually advocate you to do basic girth work as the increased blood flow will bring sensitivity back quicker than doing nothing at all. Maybe a good 5 minutes off jelqing daily until you have all feeling return.
 
DLD really, that's very hard for me to Mel. Once I start a clinical trial I'll be certain to do that every day. Unfortunately without stem cells and surgery I can't have any because this long after injury. But after a treatment I will use those exercises to regain sexual function

What's the longest you guys hold a bundle stretch?


Doing 5 to 10 minutes straight would be difficult. But what if I did two minutes before starting with pallosan is that when I take it of every two hours do a couple 30 sec hold? Would that still be effective work on the Tunica? That would be best because when I take the device it is fatigued

Bundling just makes me longer whether I stretch it or not. But I'm always jelly because of my amazing secret trick that totally doesn't work and nobody should try at all.

Keep it simple 10 thirty second Bundles 5 to the left 5 to the right. Go gentle at first and work up in intensity.

so I have discussed with a lot of you about my problem with manual stretches (basically because of my injury any touch causes a reflex erection, masturbation etc. does nothing to help and isn't an option) but I'm trying to get some length gains and stretching tunica is very important. Now I've only been at this for a month and all I do is use the phallosan , Wrap to stay elongated, don't wear underwear basic. But I've been reading that you can do bundle stretches while erect?? Are these advance and potentialy dangerous? Are they something I could try even though I am pretty new because these could actually work as the reflex wouldn't be a problem obviously

You cannot do bundled stretches while erect. It can cause injury. You cannot twist an erect penis.
