so I have discussed with a lot of you about my problem with manual stretches (basically because of my injury any touch causes a reflex erection, masturbation etc. does nothing to help and isn't an option) but I'm trying to get some length gains and stretching tunica is very important. But I've been reading that you can do bundle stretches while erect?? Are these advance and potentialy dangerous? Are they something I could try even though I am pretty new because these could actually work as the reflex wouldn't be a problem obviously

Every PE exericise is dangerous if not done propely and with care.Erect bundles are great,but they will not hit the tunica as the flaccid ones if you ask me..you can't stretch the tunica that good when you're erect..but you can give them a try,it's not going to hurt,it's better than nothing.

As Childsh said, every exercise is dangerous if done improper or if you overdo it. Take your time learning the exercise and see if it is for you.
 
Just listen to your body. If you are in agony doing something you're going too hard. Anything "could" hurt you if you try to go all barbarian with it.

All PE exercises and tools should always be used with extreme caution until you have mastered it. Erect Twisted Stretches maybe too intense for a new guy and in that case he can simply use flaccid Bundles until he feel ready to take on the more intense erect version. Take you time, there is no rush and even if you did rush it would not produce gains faster. Gains are made through working smarter.
 
Well that's the thing guyse, I'm very over cautious because I don't have much sensation down there. But in order to get these gains quickly I need to stretch that tunica. One thing I could do is try bundles quickly well flaccid, but then it would quickly turn erect or is that too dangerous?

Stick with flaccid bundles , they are very strong and more than enough for you at this level.You don't need erect bundles.Not now.Stick with flaccid ones.
 
The logic we generally use is try something a few months, if it's giving gains, stick with it, if not, move up to the next intensity. Basically, we want you to expect a marathon, not a 40 yard dash. Really though, it's up to you. It's kinda hard to hurt yourself doing length work. Girth work you can thrombos a vein, length work you can get a little edema, which is a mild, rapidly fading condition you can train through.

So basically follow your instincts. If you do bundles and they're super awesome omega tits 9000, then stick with them. If you think they're lame as a pickle sandwich move along.

Agreed, but that's the problem sadly it's not possible to stay flaccid for me with any kind of touch.
 
if I became erect that easy it'd be better for all my exercises because they're all done erect. Have you tried the size blaster yet? That ones' great for length, and girth

Kind of funny how I used to be like unable to stay flaccid when i started, it got easier over time, hopefully you can stay flaccid after some time popeye7

The penis becomes trained to do this. The same thing applies to flaccid size, you need to train it to remain elongated.

Yeah , in my newbie days i was getting erect so easily,i had to jelq for 30 sec,then stop,wait until my erection level with go down,and then start again lol.Now i would kill for that EQ again,i would gain girth so easily .

I hope it becomes my friend soon :) Implemented both kegels and jelqs back into my routine :) but I have to take them off I just realized something.

Yeah it could hurt you if you're not experienced that's why you should start with some simple squeezes, and then ulis then the size blasters

Ulis are the most basic squeeze that serves as step one in any jelq. You really want to make the climb through intensity of grip, erection level, and squeeze duration. Then you can start throwing in bends and crap like that. If you really need to. Those tend to get dangerous.

SRT Size Blasters can be done with great intensity or with minimal intensity, injury is very difficult to make happen.

In regards to bundles I have been trying. So we warm up then do 2, 30sec set each directions. So by the end of 30 seconds it does start getting hard so in between sets I let it go down. Why do you have no penis sensation? Do you think you could go into more depth about your reflex/penis sensation problems. Do you have any idea what may have caused this injury?

That sounds like a good starting amount of Bundles, ideally you will want to get between 5 and 10 minutes before a session.

The sensation loss you are experiencing, I would actually advocate you to do basic girth work as the increased blood flow will bring sensitivity back quicker than doing nothing at all. Maybe a good 5 minutes off jelqing daily until you have all feeling return.
 
DLD really, that's very hard for me to Mel. Once I start a clinical trial I'll be certain to do that every day. Unfortunately without stem cells and surgery I can't have any because this long after injury. But after a treatment I will use those exercises to regain sexual function

What's the longest you guys hold a bundle stretch?


Doing 5 to 10 minutes straight would be difficult. But what if I did two minutes before starting with pallosan is that when I take it of every two hours do a couple 30 sec hold? Would that still be effective work on the Tunica? That would be best because when I take the device it is fatigued

Bundling just makes me longer whether I stretch it or not. But I'm always jelly because of my amazing secret trick that totally doesn't work and nobody should try at all.

Keep it simple 10 thirty second Bundles 5 to the left 5 to the right. Go gentle at first and work up in intensity.
