Hello everybody!

Let me say firstly that I feel very lucky to have found this site. I am ususally sceptic to things like this, but it just sounds too promising to not try at least. I am quite happy with my penis. I have a length of 18 cm (7.1") and a girth of 14 cm (5.6"). Anyway, I got to chat with a dude with a really huge one over the internet and he inspired me to try Penis Enlargement. He claimed that he mostly did his Penis Enlargement by pumping. I do not think I want to increase my length so much since I always enjoy dipping it all into the girl I'm doing, but I would love to have my girth grow a few inches. I have ordered a pump and it should arrive tomorrow hopefully (it is already a late delivery). Anyways, I have started with some jelqing and it is really enjoyable! Before I start for real I have some newbie questions I would like to ask though.

Question #1

I started with my jelqing already, and I have become quite entusiastic. Is there any danger in doing several reps a day? Yesterday I did approximately 300 reps in the morning and perhaps 600 in the evening. This morning I did not count, but the session lasted for around 25 minutes.

Question #2

I have been thinking of combining the jelqing with pumping, and make that my main routine. Should I do both same day if possible? Can I do both during one session? If so, which one should I start with first? Or should I let the penis rest some hours in the middle? Is warm up as important for pumping as it is for jelqing?

I understand that the size will change, obviously. But what about the shape? I do not really wish to deform it if I do not have to, since I am quite happy with its shape. I read something about the possibility of having it to look like a baseball bat.

Question #4

The jelqing should stop at the head of the penis if I understand correctly. Does this mean that the head will not grov as much as the other part?

I understand the thing with the warp up, but what about warm down? I saw it was mentioned in the newbie guide, but what is it? Same thing as warm up but just after ending the session?

If I stretch, does it mean that when the length grows the girth will shrink somewhat if I do not jelq? If so does the girth grow quicker if I do not work with the length at all?

Yes, I am very courious. I tried to find answers to these questions in the forum but could not find them. If I manage to get my routine correctly I will make a thread of mine to show everybody how the progress is going. My desire is to have around 20 cm (7.9") in length (although I will firstly have my focus on girth) and a girth of 17 cm (6.7") Nice getting to know you all!

Welcome to the forum

I'll try to share answer your questions at the best of my knowledge (which isn't much, be warned :p)

Question #1:
Go slowly at first. You penis needs to get accostumed to the exercises. 300 jelqs is already good enough to start with. Allow your body to recover between sessions. Since most of the recovery is done during sleep, it is advisable to do just one session every 24h.
you can keep the 300 for the first week and then gradually build your way up to 600 repetitions.

Question #2:
You have 7 questions there :p
Either way, I'll say it again. Start slowly. Stick to a simple routine at first and then, in time, move on to other more complex ones.

Question #3:
I guess the changes in shape are more related to the kinds of exercises you do (and the initial shape of your dick). For instance, if you're aiming more at girth, then jelqing is the exercise you're looking for. However, if you want to avoid the baseball bat effect, you should use both grips (OK grip and OK reversed grip) so that you can start jelqing as close to the base as possible. One other way of avoiding the baseball bat effect is stretching. This helps a lot in gaining girth at the base.

Question #4:
Nope, it doesn't mean that. If you watch your glans as you jelq, you'll see it expand. That means it is also getting engorged with blood, just as the rest of the penis. Anyway, if you want to have a mushroom head, there are some specific exercises for that.

Question #5:
Yes, the warm-down is exactly the same as the warm-up. You can do it in your shower, for instance. It is meant to keep the blood flowing more around the penis area, after the exercise, so as to promote regeneration of the tissue and to keep your penis engorged for a while more, so as to optimize the results.

Question #6:
No, I don't believe that happens, don't worry.

Question #7:
Clamping isn't for newbies. It's a more advanced exercise and it demands more on your penis.

That is exactly what I did and my gains have been incredible.

Shape will not change, the size of the shape will.

Same as warm up. Five minutes of heat. This can be done with a shower if that makes it easier.

No, both compliment each other. length increased girth and girth increases length.

Stay clear of clamping until you have mastered the basics.
 
Thank you both of you. I have already started and it might be my imagination but it feels like it already has made some results. I do not measure it in flaccid state, but I think it looks bigger. During the erection it measures the same as before but it feels harder. Imagination or not it really gives my motivation a great boost.

Then something else I was thinking of. Not that I am worrying about it, just a thought ;). Is there a way to make it smaller? I mean in case of meeting a girlfriend who cannot handle it for instance. Does someone know if it shrink permanently if you add extra cold to it occasionally? Not that I will ever try XD
 
Never second guess yourself, if you feel you are gaining go with it! This the the feeling place that allows gains to happen.

#3Shaping, dont worry about getting to big until you get there and she has to have you slow down

#6 Good question, go with whatever helps that week. When you start noticing weaker erections do more girth work, girth gains also consummate length gains aswell

#7 get a clamp or 2 now to mess around with and when you are ready to start 5-10min a day 1 day on/off is the directions. CLAMPING
