hi guys i was just wondering have any of you got videos or pictures of your gains i just cant picture Numbers, if any of you have any links or pics to show me that be gr8 can you also post your method of pumping just so i can put 2 and 2 together, Im sure if i searched i would find all this information but its scattered all over the internet
 
My pics are in the links in my sig. Vids too, so I'm probably one of the most legit guys here. Hanging along with squeezes and clamping have given me my gains.
 
but i thought clamping and hanging doesn't mix? Can you explain your technique? thanks
 
I've never done both, doesnt mean its not doable. Typically, a guy will hang first then clamp. Otherwise the pump from clamping will change how your hanger fits.
 
oh so after you finish hanging you clamp, I thought you did hanging and clamping super sets.

After girth work it becomes very difficult to get a good stretch due to the expansion. Length first, girth 2nd.
 
Yes DLD this is very true I learned from that, unless your using the Bathmate between length work. =)
 
Juts shows how individual penis enlargement is. I notice a good stretch after I have pumped! Not hanging obviously, that aint a good idea after pumping for reasons still said but doing manual work or even with the power assist or length master you will notice a more intense stretch. Just dont go for it if your full of fluid, you'll notice afterwards weird shapes appear :)

Red I need to ask you a question about that, you said it's not good use the Bathmate before hanging. My current routine is like this...
Bathmate 10 min. LM stretching Bathmate 10 min. LM stretching Bathmate 10 min. LM hanging (1 set, 15 min, 10lb) going to add more sets when I get used to it

After that the girth work starts with a 20 min. Bathmate session with kegels ect. But with the 10 min. sets I don't get any fluid build up.

My question is should I cut out the 3rd 10 min. Bathmate set before I do the hanging set? When I add another set of hanging should I not do Bathmate and hanging super sets? and only do it with the stretching? If not the Bathmate, what exercise can I do super sets of hanging with that would replace the Bathmate? Thanks Red I'm really curious about what to do.

After girth work , ( jelq/pump) I strap on my ADS, is this ok?
