I've started PE a month ago (3/3/2014). I'm going to keep a log of what I'm doing and what my results are in hopes that I will get advice and also that this may help someone else in the future.

Things I'm working on right now. My main contender are my ligs. I can stretch my penis out and my tunica is still soft while my ligaments are taught. I think I'm getting through it but we'll see.

goal:
My ultimate goal is 9.5" BPEL. I want to hit 8.75" BPEL by the end of 2014. I want to achieve a girth of around 6.5" some day as well.

Here's what I've accomplished so far:

BPFSL: 8.00"-8.1"--8 3/8"
BPEL: 7.75"---------8.00"

Here is my routine:

Warm up 5 minutes:
I use a hair dryer pointed at me to warm it up. I do a light stretch to around 8" and go up and down with a hair dryer heating everything up. I try to target the ligs as my tunica is still soft when stretched to 8 3/8". I use water and olive oil/lotion mix to keep things moist.

1. 45 upward jelqs
2. 1 x 50 second Slow Squash jelqs
3. 45 downward jelqs
4. 1 x 50 second Slow Squash jelqs
5. 45 straight out jelqs
6. 1 x 50 second Slow Squash jelqs
7. 45 downward jelqs
8. 1 x 50 second Slow Squash jelqs
9. 45 straight out jelqs


1. Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 45-seconds x 1
2. Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 45-seconds x 1
3. Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 45-seconds x 1

finish with light stretches and messaging letting things cool down. then take shower.

I can measure as high as 8 3/8" but it's not solid yet. Hopefully a couple of weeks and it will be.

Thanks guys! I have been out for a bit due to me moving out of state and doing some other fun stuff... However, I have been maintaining my gains by getting a workout here and there. I'm currently at the 8 1/4" and 5.75" that I was at before but I am now going to get back into the swing of things. 3 days on 1 day off.

My ultimate goal is to gain more size!

You have an amazing starting point, pretty much the goal size for 95% of the men here. What are you goals for final size?
 
Thanks Super and DLD. My ultimate goal is 9" BPEL and maybe 6.5" girth. I'm trying to pick a goal that is realistic and not overboard. If I make it to 9" (lord knows I will try) I will keep up with PE and see where I end up. I don't see myself slowing down. I devote roughly 1 hour to it three days on and one day off.

Right now I'm really working on getting my length squared away. I've been experimenting and it seems that I get the best stretched feeling when I devote a session mostly to length so I've come up with a plan. I've been working my way into hanging for a about a month and I've gone as high as 12.5lb but feel most comfortable at around 10lb. I tried doing 10 minutes at 12.5, 10lb and 20 minutes at 10lb and I get a way better stretch doing the 20 minutes at 10lb. Also, when I do a longer hanging session with less weight, stretching with my hands feels way more effective.

The stretching portions look great but Jelqing seems low, are you aiming for mainly length gains?
 
Yes, I'm focusing on length. It seems the more time I focus on one thing, the more 'in tune' I get so to speak. I figured I would knock the length goal out and then focus on girth specifically. After all this I would then do 50/50 of each depending on where I stand.

Do you think I should incorporate more jelqs by maybe adding more to my first and second day routine?
 
Some new results. my BPFSL is up to 8 7/8". I can get 8 1/4" BPEL pretty easily. I'll probably get 8 3/8" soon on a good day but I haven't seen that yet.

I'm going to work on length a little bit longer and then switch my focus to EQ and girth. My goal is to get my BPFSL to 9.1" and keep it there while I'm working on girth EQ so hopefully a month or two and I'll be there.

I've been doing 1 or 2 days with the routines above while taking a day or two off in between. I started a new job that has been wearing me out but I'm trying to stay consistent with as little PE as I have been doing. If I do the two days then I will generally knock out 25 min of jelqing. Do you guys have any suggestions to switch up my length routine? Hopefully throw some gas in the fire?

great news to see youre gaining. what is your goal?

Excellent gains for such a short time! Why change anything if your routine is still producing results? What are you doing now for a routine?
 
So it's been a while since I have updated. I haven't been following my routine as closely as I should be but I just started a new job which I have been putting my focus towards. I have been doing a 15-20min hanging session with 12.5lbs every two to four days and finishing off with a jelq session until I hit 30min.

I measured today and 90% ish erect I measured a tad over on the dot so I think I can still get 8 1/4" with 100%. my BPFSL is around 8 3/4" so I lost 1/8" there. I want to get back onto the bandwagon but I'll have to see how these next couple weeks go. My job is very physically intensive so I come home tired which makes it hard to want to put in the extra effort.

Also, I need to figure out how to make my pipe clamp hanger more comfortable. I think I should have gone one size larger and used more padding. I can feel the hanger digging onto my ligs and behind the head. It can sometimes be pretty painful so I stop short of my intended time. Today I could only last 5 minutes with it until I had to take it off. I did stretches with my hands instead of using the hanger.

Congratulations on your gains. I noticed your gains were very slow and I think it is because you weren't wrapping your penis to stay elongated after your sessions. Also, it seems you fell off PE due to your new job.

Getting to 9 inches is very easy as long as you are consistent. You need PE devices like the length master and the mityvac penis pump.
