Super 8” and beyond.

How is everyone?I hope good. Last week I got the LM (super machine) I play with it,and now I can start with my journey,I’m only focusing on length, I’m 6”bone press, and 5 1/2” girth I’m planning to spend at least 3 hour playing with my big best friend a day. BTW the LM rocks.DLD I will follow your routine First 2 weeks LENGTH and GIRTH

5 Minutes Bundled Stretches
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches : 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3

Gratz on the LM. It truly is one of a kind. Feel free to ask here many experienced users can help with the LM which can have a learning curve. But once you get it there is none better

I understand that. It is very time consuming growing your own penis. But I think it's worth it. Looks like you have a good routine. Have you read the SRT thread?
 
Wow what an incredible routine! I can see you have done your homework and I’m very proud of you for doing so. SRT is the way to go for every man that wants to gain size in the fastest and safest way. The Lengthmaster is going to bring gains at lightning speed, there’s nothing like having two hands free to stretch. There is nothing like the Lengthmaster!

Tell me you are joking when you said you plan on spending 3 hours with the Length Master daily? 1 hour is more than enough brother. You can easily gain 2 to 2.5 inches within a 12 months period of using the length master for 1 hour (20mins into 3 sets).

This is called overworking the tissue. 3 hours of lengthmastering is to much. But maybe it's possible if the intensity is low? 🤔

I got away with max 20 min x 2 times each day.
(3 days on, 1 day off)
 
Low intensity as in 3 foot pound of force tension I think you can go for 5 hours if that's the case. Yours and others are going into 15 foot pound of force. I highly doubt anyone is crazy enough to keep going beyond 40 minutes.
