I am also curious if anyone has tried the AB Silicone products 94exa2 mentioned above and any opinions you had on them.

Their one product I've bought is their RoP... (had to replace supras after it vanished while running...and theirs is cheap. Both contexts of cheap)
Its similar, thin soft silicone tubes. Had to superglue the tubes on soon after purchase. Got lengths figured and trimmed within a week and had to glue because they popped off quickly.

Thank you for your review of their cheapxcheap rop.

Does anyone have anything to say about their "anti-turtle sleeve" http://www.absilicone.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=55 It says it can be used for after stretching (in place of uncle jims wrap) and used in a pump for comfort/water retention...

and/or their "grip"/"ads"? http://www.absilicone.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=54 It says it provides extra grip for manual stretches, can be used to hang weights, can add on a bar for two handed stretches, and used with a leg strap http://www.absilicone.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=50...

This thread title seems to be a bit contradictory.

I was just hoping people could provide links to more intense stretches than the "newbie" stretches. I remember back in 2010 (before quitting pe) there were tons of manual stretches that I cannot seem to find anymore. I think there was one call a Uli or something and horse squeeze I think, but now I cannot find hardly any manual exercises anymore...
