Hey guys, I have been a member of this site for a while now, but have not done any Penis Enlargement for like 2 yrs now, and 2.5 yrs ago all I did was DLD's first routine. I decided to try doing Penis Enlargement again, and have been doing DLD's first routine for like a week now, but was wondering if you guys can suggest some better, more intense stretches for me, that do not involve a tool, machine, buying something I dont have. I DO plan to buy a Bathmate or penoment when I have the spare $ for one. But for now, I do not want to have to buy a tool to help me stretch so I can save up for the Bathmate, BUT, I would love some advice on other, better, more intense stretches I can do for the time being. Thanks guys!
 
Hey 94, welcome to active Penis Enlargement with the brotherhood.

Look into the SRT link in my sig. That will get you started and help focus on prep for your next tool purchase. Bathmate or Penomet will fit right into SRT when you can afford.

For girth do SSJs. For length any of the fulcrum stretches, like A stretch. You're stretching the penis over your wrist.... Also make sure rotators and btc are the key part of your basic routine. Maybe double, start and finish with 3 btc, one in each direction.

I've been trying to find other stretches on here and can not seem to find any besides the newbie routine/dld's first routine, and using an extender. If you could provide links to these other stretches that do not involve any "tools" I would greatly appreciate it.

Its just that I was doing the newbie/dld's first routine for a few months, over 2 years ago, and started noticing a little gain, then gave up for like 2+ years, and now after deciding to get back into pe, it seems like the newbie/dlds first stretches aren't affective anymore. So I am just looking for some intense stretches I can do without needing some kind of tool, or that requires purchasing something I dont allready have.
 
Yep, all of those are manual stretches. You gotta find some guy named Manual and pay him to come over and stretch your dick. I can't afford to hire migrant labor so I just use my hands. LOL.

I think dld titled the A-stretch thread that or "fulcrum" stretch.
Sort thru the "natural pe" forum for everything your seeking.

Hit the word "forum" atop any page. On the left of that is the list of every sub-forum of Mos. They're sorted by type of activity. Up top is the natural pe stuff. Look for anything started by Dld as word of God. Supra and a few others are highly respected oldtimers too. Any sticky thread should be golden.

I've looked and looked all other this forum, but it seems like all the stretches, other than the newbie routine/dld's first routine, require something other than my hands. (stretches with pump, length master, hanging weights, power assist etc).

Are there really no manual stretches that can be done only with my hands, or maybe some stuff around the house (without having to buy a specific "tool") other than the newbie routine?

It just seems that the basic newbie stretches are not nearly intense enough anymore.

Look in the Penis Enlargement and Newbie Penis Enlargement section for anything started by DLD. He has many different types of manual stretches. Many manual stretches are variations of a few different principles. When you stretch between the cheeks and in the straight down direction you are targeting you ligs more, and when you stretch at more upward angles that hits the tunica more.

You can also stretch with two hands by grabbing at the base and pulling in the opposite direction of your other hand. Like if your hand at the base is pulling up then pull your penis down with the other hand. You can also do reverse kegels while stretching. DLD covers all of these things. Jelqing is also a very good exercise for both girth and length, and if you are only doing manual work you should be doing lots of jelqing.

All that being said, I highly recommend getting "tools". They make everything much quicker and easier. This is a very long and gradual process, and if you want to see long terms gains you better be prepared to invest time and a small amount of money in this. If you aren't prepared to spend a couple of hundred bucks over 4-5 years, you should just quit now IMO. Not trying to be mean, just want you to know that this is a slow process.

read SRT. Read it PAST the list of all eventual tools to buy someday.
Read down to the MANUAL STRETCH ROUTINE, ($free using your hands)
Down further is a link for Dld blasters which explains using a kegels during an A-stretch, over your wrist stretch... also free using your hands.

If you come back again saying you can't buy stuff and can't find the links in my sig I'm directing you too, I'm not coming back to help you.

The only stretches I actually can feel are the downward stretches, like straight down, down to left or right and behind the cheeks or whatever its actually called. I do no feel straight out, straight right/left, upwards, up right/left at all, no matter how hard I pull. But I can feel the downward stretches.
 
I guess I just wished there was a stickied thread with detailed explanations, or just links, to EVERY manual (no equipment or "tools" involved) stretch that is on this awesome forum, just all in one place. I think I recall that there used to be a thread with EVERY manual stretch imaginable, all in the same thread, years ago when I first joined this site before taking a break.

Also, is the fact that I dont wrap after doing my manual stretches making it harder for me to notice gains?
 
Bundled stretches are when you twist your cock and stretch. I don't twist more than 360 degrees. Then just stretch in all directions like you've been doing. Be warned these are intense and take it slow/listen to your body, "no pain, no gain" doesn't apply to pe. Added bonus with this stretch is it makes length and girth gains

Also, when I stretch right and left I do it over the wrist for added leverage but you might want to throw that in later when you get used to them

Would you suggest twisting the same, or opposite direction of the stretch. Like, twist right, or clockwise, to stretch right, or, twist left/counter clockwise to stretch right?
Is the fact that Im not wrapping after stretching hindering my results?

I'd say do both twists, that way you're covered.

And yes. Its like a tiny daily version of two steps forward and 1.9 steps back... if you wrap of other Ads extended healing method... maybe its just 2+ -1? Something like that. If you stretch then put on briefs, forget about it. SRT explains extended healing concepts best.

Also, would this http://www.absilicone.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=51 work as the same idea, or is it too short? I may just get both. For extra grip during manual stretches, keeping my flaccid penis stretched while not stretching, and possibly for use as a sleeve for when I get a good hydropump. Also, is the ROP from that site good, or a not so good cheap version?

I would have to try one but it looks pretty cool...I wonder about the constriction and comfort.

Its says "extremely" stretchable, and "one size fits all", so I may give them both a try, for three dif aspects (grip during stretches, keeping stretched all day after stretches, and possibly as a sleeve for a hopeful future hydropump). Though, it may be a little small for you DLD lol
 
Also, for the newbie manual stretches, is it best to perform them while standing or sitting? I am sure doing both would be best, but I do not have alot of free time, so I would like to focus on the best way to do them.
