I been hitting btc hard for a month and got no gains. Anyone got any tips? I thought I gained, but I measured today and I'm still the same. I dont take any breaks. I hang everyday even last night. Mistake with thinking I gained was I switched to a tape measure. I just switched back to measuring with a ruler and its the exact same as last year. Will I ever gain?

I been hanging BTC for a month like Bib said with no gains. I hang everday. I only hung a couple days less than 4 sets. I been hanging for 7 months SD, and I never gained from it so far. I've tried OTS a little bit, but Bib said to do BTC. BTC aint helping me gain shit.
 
That is really disappointing mate you where so stoked when you thought that you had gained. Is there anything that you feel yourself that could be hindering your results.
 
I hung 5 sets 10 hours ago. If I would have gained it would have shown up on this measurement. I thought I gained when I did some OTS, but Bib said just do BTC. Got any tips lil fella?
 
What weights are you using and how long are the sets. To me there is no reason for this I now you have been consistent with all your efforts And hanging alone should be giving you good gains.
 
I hit over 4 20 minute sets per day. I hit 8lbs>6>4 BTC everyday sometimes start with 6 cause im sore from the day before. I hit 12lbs>10>8 SD on heavy SD days unless im sore.
 
I beleive that the BTC is a great exercise but done on a regular basis can make it a little bit sore but that is just me. It is a good question though what are you feeling while hanging?
 
I reach fatigue within the first couple sets and have to lower weight in order to keep hanging. On some days I hung so much it still hurt the next day and kept hanging again anyway.
 
I'm the unlucky bastard with the smallest dick on this board. I started with 5.5nbp and 6bpel. At one point I was hitting like 6.25bpel, but now my dick is so fuckin sore above the base I can't push the ruler in without it hurting. I tried measuring BPenis EnlargementL and its below 6 today. WTF I AM THE UNLUCKY BASTARD. I been doing this shit for a year and I gained and never stopped and it seems I lost the one gain that I did get. I am about to attach 15 pounds SD from being able to handle 10 pounds SD. This fucking shit is pissing me off, so I'm taking the extreme route and jumping up 5 pounds.
 
My 2 bits is to give yourself a few days to rest then come back to hanging. I am a firm believer that you need to rest it for it to grow. I have been doing this for under a year and have gained a little over an inch. I do not hang as many sets as you do ( I do 3 sets of 20min per day 4 or 5 times a week) , but I am around the 10lb mark of hanging. I do manuals in the shower then hang before bed. I started a hair under 6" erect now I am a hair over 7". I think that it's not the quantity but the quality of any work out. You are not getting the quality if your "buddy" is so sore that it shuts down. Also I never do the same manual workout twice in the same week. I always confuse my dick whenever I can. Anyways just an opinion. Good luck.
 
Keep your chin up. Listen to your body more when you do Penis Enlargement, feel the movements dont just do them. I was experienceing the same as you thinking i was heading nowhere until the lightbulb of listening to my body went on. Work on your technique in the next few weeks instead of going hours on end with an angle that might not be right for you. Its a marathon race, keep at it and you will gain.

Bib said its important to never take a day off from hanging. I just did 2 sets of 10 and I will do more later tonight. Do you think it's good to take days off from hanging? Bib said NEVER TAKE A DAY OFF DO ALWAYS AT LEAST 1 OR 2 SETS. I won't ever quit doing this shit, but will my dick ever get bigger? I gained .25 to my bpel and now I aint got that gain anymore, unless im just fatigued from too much hanging. Does anyone recommend takin a break even though bib said not to.
 
Man I love being a MODERATOR just for show. Anyway, even though this thread is definitely a hanging thread, here's some tips.

What hanger are you using btw? The regular, starter, starter-hardcore?

Get yourself a little note book to keep track of your daily sets in. Mark each day by date "2/29/08" for example. Record the pounds hung each set, how long each set was. Regardless of perceived fatigue felt, you should be trying to move up in weight by about 1-2lbs every couple weeks. I've seen SO MANY men over the years (9 years) hang and hang and hang. They gain a little bit, and then it all stop. They hang more sets, more days, etc. Then, when asked what kind of weight progression they've had....it usually turns up that they started low...2-5lbs, progressed every couple/few weeks a little (couple pounds at a time) while, then eventually stopped adding weight. "I've been using 10lbs for the last 5 months"You can't do that and expect to continue to gain. The penis quickly adapts to tension applied.....when using this method where you hang 15-20 minutes at a time, and take breaks.

If you were constantly keeping the tissues stretched for hours at a time rather than minutes it would be a different story requiring less weight/tension with much less tissue adaptation. That's another show though.

You do not need to make sudden jumps in weight with big increments like 5lbs or more. That's asking for blood spots, bruising, and potentially injuries. Do what you want though. Just don't come back to these forums like (ahem) some men do over the years whining about injuries because they didn't use their damn head, and now they're bitter about Penis Enlargement, and have to let the world know that it's an evil practice that doesn't really work and only leads to injuries ;) :s

The key to length gains when hanging is getting to the point of fatigue so you have to drop the weight then you try and sustain that feeling of toal fatigue over as many days as you can. You may not be using a high enough weight to induce fatigue in the first place. You should hang with the most weight you safely can and this will produce a soreness around the ligs when hanging BTC, then carry on until you have to drop the weight and keep doing 20 minute sets with the lighter weights until you get to such a lighter weight that the fatigue goes then return to your maximum weight and go through the whole process again. Gains will come when you keep yor penis in a fatigued state for a long time.
 
I use the starter and I been increasing weight each week by a couple pounds since I started BTC a month ago.
 
A lot of people start on too lower weight you have to find the weight you can hang first then work from there
 
in think mabey it just the weight your hangin. if you been hanging for 11 months you might be able to handle some more weight.
