hi guys.

i really want to start pe just need some info and advice, would be great if people with experience and who have made gains answer this.

(1) iv read in many places how pe works, in specific, girth gains, but iv also read in other places where people seem to think think that girth gains are really infact swelling, edema, and blood trapped under the skin. can i have info on what the vets know about this and anyone who has gained.

(2) theres a guy on pegym who's called going411by7, he told me not to stretch as a newbie because it will damage EQ and stick to a good jelqing routine starting from 5mins of jelq, 5 days on 2 days off and increase gradually over 3 months and see what happens. does stretching the ligs damage EQ?

(3) i want to just use jelqing (maybe basic stretches) and kegels nothing else. is it possible to, over time, reach my goals of 1 inch in length and 1 in girth just using these 2/3 excercises?

ill ask any more q's on this thread when i need to.

Girth gains are permanent, once you have gained and cemented it is for life so be sure you want to become longer as I do not know of a process to reverse it. I have gained more than 2" in girth and it has stuck for years. Even after a very long break from Penis Enlargement it remained.

That is poor advice. It is necessary to stretch to make good length gains. Stretching should be started and learned by a newbie. Stretching is the foundation of length gains just as jelqing is for girth.

Start by using the DLD Newbie Routine, no guess work, just a good foundational routine.

I understood your answer for my first question, what i mean is the girth gains are definately not swelling, edema, bleeding under the skin, right? sinse u kept your girth gains, if it were any of the above, they would have slowly and quickly dissappeared.

sorry if these questions's seemed like something i can find with research, but theres so much out there saying the opposite so just wanted to ask the one whose been there, done it, and still doing it.

the girth gains are real penis growth and not due to injuries such as any of the above right?
 
It is my experience that you can have minor issues keeping it up after hards sessions of pe. But it is temporary and it works just fine shortly after.

Been at it for i dont know how long. And im still capable of getting rock hardons just fine

it is real growth?

not being able to keep it up straight away is understandable. which is why i will do it last thing before i sleep.
 
Well if blood stays the same place (not circulating) it will start to become hard. Ever heard about someone whos cock was hard all the time after pe?

I dont know the scientific explanation on why it grows for me it is like this:
You have a regrowing balloon.

Not pump it with water. And let the water out. Now do this 5 times. What happened? The balloon suddenly appears bigger in generel from the water. Now this balloon is regrowing so it will make new tissue so suddenly this newfound size is your new normal size. Then afterwards you do it again and it increases once again.

That is how i see it. I think dld explained it like this in an interview once aswell.

thanks 4 the help guys, even though the question was not answered. its a pretty simple one for you guys and massive reassurance for me.

the girth growth is not fluid build up in the penis skin, bleeding under the skin, or any time of temporary swelling, RIGHT? it is real tissue expansion and growth, RIGHT?

common guys i need to put this to rest so i can start Penis Enlargement!!
