ok im new and have really had problems with my size, ill spare the stories but anyways im about 5-5.5" and about as thick as a c-d battery. i was thinking of getting this stretcher i can wear all day under my pants, it uses elastic hoses or what ever. are these good? i was also looking into jelqing? i do not want to take supplements or buy a Bathmate etc. i want to be discreet as i live with roomates. any help would be greatly appreciated!

one last thought i was having is if i use the stretcher, my head will stay the same size correct, so then i will be bigger with this tiny head?
 
There is no reason to ashamed of P.e brother, I dont know how well you know your roommates, but keeping you penis healthy and looking the way you want it to is as important as keeping any other body part in shape. Im not exactly sure what stretcher your trying to use but I wouldn't suggest using any penis stretching device OR ANY DEVICE all day when your just starting out. You wouldn't want to go to gym and throw 500 pounds on the squat rack if you hadn't done the proper training before hand would you? You have to properly condition your penis over time, to avoid injury and promote proper and safe growth just like you would any other part of the body (even though it isnt exactly the same as working out a regular muscle). . But anyways if your looking towards increasing your girth and trying to be discrete maybe try the penomet as you can use that outside of the bathtub and jelqing with a proper warm up, stretch and cool down included. There's ton of stuff on this forum about increasing girth you just gotta look around and find what routine works best for you. But once you find what works remember that consistency and patience are key when it comes to increasing the size of your penis or improving in anything for that matter. Good luck and sorry for rambling oh and if blood is being forced through the head of you penis the size of it should increase with everything else (I think)

"Dlds first routine" its called.

Jelqs, slow squash jelqs and ballooning are decent starter moves. Design your routine around them as the newbie routine advises. The longer you can stay expanded the better.

During or after put on a cockring and heal expanded. That's entry level SRT work. That's your next area after the newbie stuff... get into SRT.

I agree that getting a hydropump is your best tool buy for girth. My expansion in my Penomet is rediculous, almost +2" over erect girth. Look in my sig for my pic posts (inside member forum). In a month I gained +.3" rested girth. Crazy. And that's not using any crazy risky tools or moves.

I'm considering one of those bungee leg straps myself, but that's for length primarily. Its generally advised to go for length first then girth out that longer penis, but you'd not be the only guy here wanting girth first. Its about your feel for which state needs work more now.

Read up, but more importantly, get started jelqing today and learn as you go.

i appreciate the support and opinions! thanks! but i do believe i will start with the stretching first, very lightly might i add, as i know straining a muscle is bad news. i will work up to my max. not to sound weird or corny but like when a clown makes balloon animals, what does he do? he first stretches the balloon... totally diff things but same concept i was aiming towards, also it will give me a little more confidence to keep going. also ill have a lot more blood and length to work with. good or bad idea?
 
Well, the usual advice is to grow length first then girth out that added length later, as far as focus. Both at once are doable with things like jelqs, hydropumps and divided routines for girth and length...

Seems I misread your goals, bro. Sorry.

So yeah you can do basic stretches, then favorite intense stretches you learn, then jump in your ads(all day stretch) bungee stretcher you described, then do Uncle Jim's Stretch(ace wrap) for hours of extended healing if you can't do the ads thing part of your day... all works together bro. That's the SRT routine.

I'm thinking about my next tool buy of either the autoxleeve or absilicon bungee ads gear like you mention. I Love my SG but I just couldn't do it at work all day... leg strap kind ftw!
 
Hey Brainfart, im going to go against the grain here a little bit, because a lot of people now a days are pushing all sorts of devices and stuff to newbs and their great, but the truth is you can make fantastic gains with just your own two hands.
I remember a few years back when I first started people used to be so exited about gaining without needing to spend hundreds of dollars on equipment (and while devices are awesome) i now feel like that's kinda lost and its really disappointing.
So, i just want to remind you that P.E is about gaining inches and you can gain tones with your two hands and maybe a clamp.
now your still a newbie, so stick to phase 1 for atleast 2 months, but after that it's free game, ssj, isolated compression squeezes, clamping, horse 440's, erect bends,slinky's, ATS Rollers, Red's Frendo's, T-O-W stretches, erect stretches, bundled stretches, a-stretches, crank streches, basic stretches, btb stretches, blue whale stretches, fake arm stretches, etc...

DLD as usual your absolutely right! It takes a fuck load of commitment to make big gains happen!
But never the less if you do exactly that big gains will come with time! :)
