Hi, so these are the exercises that i have included in my routine,i have been doing these for 3 months now.I started back in october 2014.i started by warming up in the shower then doing basic stretches,rotary stretches and also jai stretches.When i am in the shower i use soap or shower gels to do my jelqs,i started doing around 50 to 100 jelqs,now that my dick is alot more use to the exercises,i have increase the reps to around 250 to 300 jelqs,i have also been doing slow squash jelqs,really good and intense feeling i get from those,by the way is there more than one way to do SSJ?i think there might be different ways on how to do the dual compression?anyways just a thought.When i am not in the shower i use vaseline or some really good lotions to do "wet" jelqs,they also give me a good nice grip for the stretching parts.By doing these exercises i have gained the "newbie" gains,my flaccid state has increased in length and girth.The newbie routine helped me alot to stay motivated and to make gains.
