Hi, so these are the exercises that i have included in my routine,i have been doing these for 3 months now.I started back in october 2014.i started by warming up in the shower then doing basic stretches,rotary stretches and also jai stretches.When i am in the shower i use soap or shower gels to do my jelqs,i started doing around 50 to 100 jelqs,now that my dick is alot more use to the exercises,i have increase the reps to around 250 to 300 jelqs,i have also been doing slow squash jelqs,really good and intense feeling i get from those,by the way is there more than one way to do SSJ?i think there might be different ways on how to do the dual compression?anyways just a thought.When i am not in the shower i use vaseline or some really good lotions to do "wet" jelqs,they also give me a good nice grip for the stretching parts.By doing these exercises i have gained the "newbie" gains,my flaccid state has increased in length and girth.The newbie routine helped me alot to stay motivated and to make gains:).
 
great bro now you have seen gains,and yeah i think you should continue whit the ssj ant the newbie stretchings,ssj is an exercise you can do for a long period of time you can add the exercise to every routine youd start...

Awesome and smart decision, the SlowSquashJelq is the most powerful girth exercise you can use. Not only that but it causes less skin damage then the jelq since there is no sliding involved. It holds more blood than the jelq due to it's dual grip which increases expansion big time through compression,

brother you can add expressive stretching , behind the cheek stretches , DLD blasters , for length...
for girth do keep in mind about turkey neck and how to avoid it as normal jelqing can lead to it.....so mainly stick to ssj's

i didnt see Ace bangade traction wrap or cockring for cementing gains as your gains will come faster from these two...do read about these as well

Yeah,ill be doing alot of reading:),ill look more into the Ace bandage,i dont have a cockring.not sure if ill be using a cockring but maybe soon.thanks for the tips bro.

if you want you can buy a cable clamp , shoelace, thick hairbands etc temporarily till u get a cockring ...this cause restrictions of blood flow outside the penis but do not completely block it.........this is to be worn after girth sessions for faster gains
 
This is a great start routine bro! I would recommend saving up for the SG if you can, healing in the stretched position is a huge part of growth according to the SRT.

My routine is not too dissimilar from yours, just add in the SG work for the most part. yeah i have also been doing kegals(i forgot to mentioned that)since i started pe back in october 2014.

So today is friday and i am going to start PE again after 3 days of resting,i rested tuesday,wednesday and thursday.My EQ is alot higher now just from resting those 3 days,so i am going to utilize the SSJ and do a couple of regular jelqs around 50 to 150,might also edge a bit,all kinds of stretching i will do as well,i am also doing some kegals right now as i type this,warming up:)
 
want to start today no matter what,its been 8 days since my last session......:p

I completed my session 2 hours ago:cool:,I did everything i mentioned on my other post.I also did some light bundle stretches.So did you start today or are you taking some more days off?

hahaha great question:) no actually when i exercise i get too toughtful and waste my mental energy away,and i have experienced better and more relaxed sensations when i split my sessions,definitely i should hve started today,but i wont,need to reconsider some stuff i have on my mind,thanks i like your question,im supposed to start tommorow hope no bull..gets on my way..wish me luck bro
