hey guys,

since i consider myself a rookie i have no idea if that kind of excercise already exists, regardless of that i´m hoping to contribute in some way. i´m started doing Penis Enlargement 9 months ago and have only minimal gains so far which probably has several reasons. this excercise is one of the key elements that kept me motivated. i´d like to tell about my journey and ask DLD for advice, but that post will be a fucking long ass text to read so coming soon.

i came up with this when i was doing Bathmate hardcore stretches and noticed that when i do the upward stretch the pressure and expansion would increase. i had to reposition and found out that the angle of the upper body can manipulate the pressure levels to the maximum. so here´s what i came up with:

enter your pump 100% erect and wait for at least 2 minutes to get your penis warmed up and used to the pressure level, doing the excercise to soon will be fatal. there will be 3 components that will regulate the pressure. the first one is your upper body, second one is the vertical angle of your pump and last one are your legs. you can only do this excercise with a high pressure level and a good seal.

beginners should start in the seated position. what you do now is simply bend your whole upper body in the direction of your knees while pulling your pump upwards and slightly to the front like you want to do a comfortable stretch. do this VERY CAREFULLY since a slight change in angle can make a massive difference. so now for the real challenge. once your comfortable with that you will notice that your penis will expand very quickly, but that alone isn´t enough. next step is getting the best possible erection which will sometimes be hard if youre in the advanced position. then you do a reverse kegel but hold it, while doing that you have to be relaxed which is the most important thing here, and i mean the whole body. your stomach area should be like you want to push your stomach out, this feeling should go down to your whole cymbal area. if you combine this 3 things it will be hard at first, but after some practice you should be fine. also be very gentle while pushing in that areas since it also has a tremendous effect on the pressure while in that position. so far so good. after 1-2 minutes you will notice that your bladder will hurt. release the position get fully erect again and repump as you see fit ( not too much or you will die! XD ), repeat the process as many times as you like.

advanced position: to get the absolute maximum you want to get on your knees on the bottom of your bathtub or on the floor. sit like the japanese do with your butt on your feet. leave a little gap between your knees so the pump has room ( the pressure will be intense even if the pump points downwards between your legs). same procedure but max will be that your upper body will rest on your lap like your bowing down while you push the pump against your belly to it´s max vertically. this will use your whole body and is the maximum pressure and extension i ever experienced. the hard part is keeping your body relaxed while aroused while pushing and doing a fucking reverse kegel at the same time. so key is to find the balance between the different locations of pushing and relaxing while controlling the angle.

when you finished pumping i recommend getting 100% erect again and to use cockrings. then do some slow sqash jelqs. also you should massage your testicles and the area of the bladder because if you do this excercise for some weeks this would help prevent issues with the bladder (having the feeling you have to piss all the time which is fucking annoying).

you can also combine this with the penis head excercise that i read about recently (which name i forgot), putting a cock ring underneath your head or something else thats not so flexible but allows blood to flow.

and one more time: BE FUCKING CAREFUL. only a slight change in angle or pushing will have tremendous effects, if you go at it too fast you will definitely have burst blood vessels that turn black. also a dolphin will die and your eyeballs will explode!

this excercise also helped me getting a better feeling of what DLD probably would describe as inner penis. also it will help find you weakness of girth expansion (if you have one). in my case i noticed i was quite good at pumping the girth horizontally but not vertically. when i did this excercise i really felt everything expanding and that i held my vertical extension back because of lack of feeling for my penis + not being relaxed.

as i said i have no idea if somebody already came up with something like that, but if not i think a appropriate name would be Fullbody Girthblasters :D

some additional infos reagarding pumps: be extra careful when you use the penomet, if you didn´t trim the edge of the gaiter you will have maximum risk of cutting yourself. i only have the gater 70 and i have to get full pressure before i can do this + i have to repump more frequently.

i guess i should add be extra careful with the x40 and X-40, but i don´t have them so i can´t really share any experience. also you should keep in mind that the pumps aren´t designed for this. i´m not entirely sure if that was the reason but my valve started leaking sometime after that ( yes i tried everything from cleaning to pumping on a flat surface etc.). i also noticed that i have the old valve system (the one in the cleaning vid has more parts), maybe that´s also a factor. the rubber-ring on the base of the gaiter also got detached. makes it very uncomfortable to use + the seal often breaks or leaks (my genital hair is always trimmed ). bottom line the pump is unusable for effective Penis Enlargement and especially for this excercise.

yup i think that´s everything i have to say for now, i hope this can help some guys with girth gaining problems and/or motivate guys like me who have had problems with gaining in general. in my case this had the maximum motivating effect because i saw the most extreme temporary gain of girth. i´d be happy if you try it and to hear your thoughts!
