now after quitting for 3 months...i thought id try taking it up slowly till max intensity

MONTH 1

week 1

do length exercise
then use SG and ace wrap
every day add more PF and
eventually i should be using the phallogenetics all day

week 2

now length in morning and girth in evening routine
start girth every alternate day

week 3

eventually making it a length in morning and girth in evening routine everyday with atleast a days rest

week 4

same

MONTH 2

week 1

add a length routine in middle of day....atlernate days

week 2

making middle of day workout everyday

week 3

shuffling exercises
start girth and length routine mixed in the mornings and similarly in evening

week 4

same


NOTE:

1. phallogenetics to be worn all day or if going out of house then PF .....
2. ace wrap at night......i ordered the ab silicone sleeves for night but they are too big so no use of them
3. eat right
4. take blood flow supplements
5. workout


GOAL

atleast 1 inch should be guaranteed ......and in permanent i guess



please suggest if any changes need to be made

I NEED SOMETHING INPLACE OF ACE WRAP AT NIGHT CUZ IT COMES OFF OR CAUSES DISCOMFORT.......SOMETHING LIKE AB SILICONE SLEEVES (they are too big for me)...that if i get erection at night the sleeve will expand and return to normal place when erection goes......
 
Let your dick rest at night.I don't like the idea of PE at night,you stress your dick enough throughout the day,let it rest at night.I would do a ace wrap,but no more than that.Wearing PF or SG at night seems not ok to me.A strong routine throughout the day is more than enough to gain serious size,don't need to do PE in your sleep..that's doing PE 24/7 and at one point you're going to get sick of it and quit again..don't become obsessed with PE.

Your routine looks good just stick with it and don't change it..stick with this routine for 6 months and you will most likely gain that 1" if not more.
 
Great routine, progressive in it's intensity and definitely in line with the healing portions of SRT length work. I am also very pleased with your goal of 1 inch. I will visit daily to watch your progress.

Even with safe devices like the PF,i still don't think it's a good idea.The only time when i'm doing PE is when i'm awake and conscious , a lot of bad things could happen when you don't pay attention to what's happening with your dick.The only thing i would let stretch my dick at night is a ace wrap.Nothing could go wrong with that as long as you don't put it too tight.
 
The ACE and Phallosan are really the only two safe options. If attempting the Phallosan overnight it is important to set always for the first few nights to be sure you got everything right, not too intense but not too light. After a few nights of practice you will find the sweet spot using the PF overnight.

What are some difficulties or problems with extenders during night times. Is it the shifts between positions and stuff?
 
The PF at night is great. I use it at night in a straight down position all night long.I attach the PF to shelve at the foot of my bed with an elastic suspender belt. I will be making a video soon to show the set up. I use it at medium to high tension with no problem. I use to wear the miracle slider extender at night at very low tension with a very good wrap. I had no issues but nocturnal erections will mess with the wrap.

Definite adjustments need to be made and it can be worn at night easily. If someone is having pain doing this you will need to make adjustments. The Phallosan is two devices in one and both sides should be mastered. It is an Active tool that brings gains but it is also a Passive tool that cements gains. I would look at night time use as passive training. Go light to medium. Wear in an upright position.

So then its that. Extenders are great for cementing, lengthmaster great for length gaining, bathmate great for length and girth gaining, clamps great for girth gaining. These essentials. If anything I'd just go for an extender + lengthmaster + bathmate the trio!

Exactly. At high intensity you will be training for length gains while at lower tensions you will be cementing the gains you have made.

Even the ace wrap, I won't use at night time. I won't allow anything to interrupt my sleep. All the PE and wrapping done during the day is enough to bring gains. Consistency is all that matters in PE.
