Hey guys, just want to share my excitement for the Bathmate, SSJ, and kegels. After over a week of slacking on Penis Enlargement, I decided to get back on the stick with a girth workout mainly because I was very horny. I read the post by Dan about doing kegels in the Bathmate and it reminded me of the benefits. Instead of masturbating or edging, I did some SSJ with kegels for a warm-up. Even though it was only a warm-up my flaccid looked like it had been in the Bathmate for ten minutes! I've done SSJ before but recently heard DLD say in a post to really focus on the blood that's being squashed. Excellent tip because I never saw expansion like that from a manual exercise.
Then I went in the shower and put on the Bathmate with a generous amount of vaseline making sure I tap the black nib on every pump. While I have the Bathmate on I like to finish up what I'm doing in the bathroom. When I come out the bathroom I walk around my room while I do stuff and look at �naked people movies� to keep my mind off the powerful suction of the Bathmate.
Since I go in the Bathmate erect I can also sit in my chair, lean all the way back, and do erect Bathmate kegels while watching �naked people movies�. After each long powerful kegel, I re pump. This is what helped me max out because I was pumping every minute or so between kegels and was pressing up against the top of the Bathmate which is new for me, as well as the sides. After I been in the Bathmate long enough I would do hardcore stretches to top it all off.
Lastly I did some SSJ to finish off the workout and eliminate fluid retention. It was a real shocker when I came out of the Bathmate. My mid-shaft girth is usually 5'' and when I came out of the Bathmate it was about 6'', usually when I come out it's about 5.5''. That fluid retention bubble under me glans is usually ''6'', this time is was a whopping 7.1!! Had girth like Shane Diesel below my the glans lol. This workout is more powerful than my length workouts, so I want this girth workout to be my meat and potatoes because it seams the gains will come faster with the girth routines. Might even add clamping later on. Please share any opinions on how to get the most out of the Bathmate or a girth routine.
