I was just wondering if anyone has experimented with a 'less is more' type workout.
I know that when I used to lift weights a few years ago, I overtrained. Never really gained much muscle or strength.
Now I do short workouts and take plenty of rest time and my gains are incredible. I know the penis isn't a muscle, but cells still need to rebuild themselves in a similar way.
