I was just wondering if anyone has experimented with a 'less is more' type workout.

I know that when I used to lift weights a few years ago, I overtrained. Never really gained much muscle or strength.

Now I do short workouts and take plenty of rest time and my gains are incredible. I know the penis isn't a muscle, but cells still need to rebuild themselves in a similar way.

Just wondering if anyone has experimented with this in the Penis Enlargement world.
 
I agree.
From my experience from weights, rowing I found less was MUCH better..however ya still gotta but effort and time in.
Same for this stuff IMHO.
Ya can do say 15-30 minutes minimum in each session like me and still gain really well.
And their is a thing as overtrain even in pe/npe...if the penis is not given time to heal than it wont grow proper.
But some could argue that depends on what ya exercising - i.e. the tunicae or the ligaments...with the ligs healing quicker than the tuncae....I would say dont do heaps and heaps of stuff....dont go over say 2 hours aday.
 
It seems like the most common "injury" is a thrombosed vein. That usually results from over-training.
 
I will tell you what over training in Penis Enlargement is. God knows I have done it to many times. Over training can be felt and seen in a lot of differnt ways. First, when you erections are getting weaker, not as strong, cant get them, or they are soft, you know somethings up. Second, when you Penis Enlargement and your flaccid hang shrinks to smaller than it was before you Penis Enlargement'ed. And third when you dick just freaken hurts, I would say your over training.
 
From my personal experience...with girth work...yes, this seems to be true. HOWEVER, with length work, it seems totally opposite. More=more. The more you can stretch or hang...within reason and paying attention to your body of course, the better. Made my best gains earlier this year in a THREE month time frame...I gained 3/4" of length hanging my ass off...4 hours a day total hang time. I'll be back on that schedule in a week or two for 6 months this time!! Muah haa haaa!
 
I would think that overtraining is quite possible. However, DLD has done an incredible amount of training and his results are hard to question.

you've got to remember, everyone's different. There are different body types which ultimately effect how your workouts turn out, but are there different types of penis? I don't even thinks they've gone into researching that. The penis is not nearly complicated as our body, but it could be much different in how it would grow due to Penis Enlargement than others.
 
Yeah, I've been doing my girth work every other day and it seems to be working better, I think. I hope. Alright, I really don't know okay?

My flaccid hang seems to "come back" by the second day of rest from working girth, so I know that's when it's time to hit it again.
 
I have a question for Synthetic. Hey budy what does your 25 minute routine look like. What exercises and how long?

yea, that's how it is for me

I only do a girth routine if I'm feeling good and know I'll be able to keep at it, because If a do girth routines two days in a row, the second day's erection usually doesn't feel as good
 
I say fallen_one23 hit the nail on the head. Everyone is different. I remember reading on one site a while back where they absolutely insisted that Penis Enlargement should be done on a constant cycle of 5 days on/2 days off, to give time for all the microtears to heal to firm tissue. Some swore by it and it is probably okay advice, but DLD would disagree and I think Red, SWM, and many of the other vets would disagree as well.
 
You could probably (and should) train length every day. Girth every other day if it's intense shit.

It's working for me. Slowly, but steadily.
 
It definitely exists,but the threshold isn't the same for everyone.


I have considered becoming the Mike Mentzer of Penis Enlargement. I am contemplating enacting an infrequent workout plan. It would be better however, if I could find some subjects willing to participate in an experiment,preferably long timers with little or no gains who understand the exercises.

The infrequent workout plan works great in bodybuilding. I'm willing to participate, just let me know what your game plan is.
 
What great timing! Just about a week ago I bought High Intensity Training by Mentzer and I am absolutely loving it!! That man was a genius and I would love to apply it to Penis Enlargement. Bigbutnotto, tell me if you have a plan or not. I'd really like spektrum to tell me what he's been doing b/c I have the same starting stats that Spektrum had...and I want girth!

So, in conclusion...I'm willing to participate :)
