Not my best routine so far, but I'm trying to get back into the swing of things!! I really want a phallosan badly, the PMP had been leaving weird lumps on my dick. They go away after about 10 minutes but they still get on my nerves lol. Plus I can't wear the PMP at night time, but I hear that you can with the phallosan. This would benefit me a lot because I am usually pretty busy during the day and even wearing my PMP belt can get annoying sometimes so if I could do my length routine at night (as well as in the morning) , get a phallosan and use it all night as a healing method after my second length session of the day the gains would come so much faster!

DLD, can you win the Phallosan in the monthly poster contest?

Expressive stretches 2 mins every position

From there I extreme uncle jim's wrap for at least 7 hours btc stretches and every 2 hrs
5x 15 s dld blasters.


4:00 pm Girth: warm up
Basic stretches
Btc atretches
Bundled and Rotary stretches. 30 cranks down center up

bathmate for 6mins
Upward jelqs 10mins
Bathmate for 6 mins
Downward jelqs for 10 mins

SSJ for 7 mins

Bathmate for 3 mins and then expressive stretches with it.
Warm down

And C ring right away
I try to stay fully erect as much as possible

And right before bed testicle health massage.


I wanna incorporate erect stretches, when its better? morning? Or night?

I am liking all of the routines but every one of the routines is missing very important components. I will critique each to give my opinion.

I would like to see you doing a set of Bundled Stretches before either length or girth work. Expressive Stretching every day for at least 5 minutes. Erect stretches at least 3 times a week for 10 minutes. I assume you are going length only?

Seeing this is a length exclusive workout I would add in all the components of SRT into this routine. I would like too see Bundled Stretches before you start your routine. Erect Stretching is important also, at least 10 minutes 3x a week.

Ya I just have to stay consistent though! There are some days that I wake up a bit later then I would like to and I end up not being able to hang but I always try to get in some sort of manual session. Like today for example I didn't have time to hang for a decent session so I did about 30 minutes of manuals and it was a pretty decent session! I'll post about it later though on my progress thread!
