I've been lurking on the forums for quite awhile now. And I've finally decided to start doing a Penis Enlargement routine. I recently got the MoS DVD and started my routine 3 days ago, today will be day 4. But my Biggest concern at the moment is if I'm actually doing it correctly, because I have a gut feeling that I'm not. Why I say this is because on day one of my routine I felt a bit of soreness in the tissue and ligaments until about the afternoon of the next day(I started the Penis Enlargement at about 1am). But in day 2 and 3, I didn't feel any soreness in the tissue at all, but they skin especially mainly underneath the shaft along the penile raphe is very sore.

So, now I feel like I'm in a bit of a conundrum. If I'm doing the stretch and jelq routine correctly. To be 100% honest I don't know if I'm even doin the warm-up/warm-down correctly. And as far as the stretches, I'm physically unable to do the "behind the cheek" stretches, and this is where I think I'm going wrong. But I'm here to seek enlightenment and guidance from seasoned Penis Enlargement users. I can do the other stretches just fine, I think. but since I have some access skin around my penis because I have what you all a "fanny pack"(a bit of fat around the pubic area), I feel like I'm just stretching the skin than actual penile tissue.

I'm also having a bit of a problem with jelqing. Part of the problem is also related to the access skin. I can't always get a good flow of motion going, and when I think I do, I can't jelq for very long without going completely flaccid and having to fully arouse myself again, about 10 jelqs is my max before it goes flaccid again. It's either fully erect of flaccid, no in between.

I don't want to stop the routines, because I made a promise to myself that I will stay dedicated to this, but I honestly don't feel I should continue if it doesn't work or I'm just unable to do it. Everything here in the post is about all I can think of at the moment. If there's any questions anything personal that could heal create a resolve, ask away. Any help I can get would be amazing.
 
Take a long trm view and be consistent and patient. Its like setting a goal of running a half-marathon. Don't worry if you can't make 3 miles your first week, right? So set a goal of +1 inch and focus on that's. Any consistent routine can gain an inch in a reasonable time with consistency. In fact, your first step goal towards that one inch should be learning the basics as you go.
If you're mainly pulling skin you need to grip tighter to grab the inner structures inside the penis during manual stretches. Jelqing yeah, you can move the skin over those structures, that's okay, as long as you're pushing the blood inside towards the head that's fine.
Maybe find a light ���� image to help inspire you during jelqs? Start small, even just a hot posted from Walmart of an actress on the beach. A sports illustrated page? Something you can fantasize about the hot chick to help maintain a semi or full erection with. Upgrade one step if needed, to a single mild ���� pic of a chick, just showing breasts or booty backside, even in lingerie.
You don't want to go too crazy into full out ���� and overstimulate yourself where now you cum easily and have gone too far and lose the routine due to orgasms.
Btc I have trouble with too. I do it by standing in front of a chair and stepping one leg up on it. Reach around and get your grip and pull back underneath. I do 4 sets of this sttretch since its so effective more than any angle. Do 2 with one leg up and two with the other.
Use baby powder to help your grip for stretching. You can get an amazingly long lasting amount for $1 at dollar tree in the baby isle.
Hydrocortisone rubbed into the skin is essential after your routine. I got tubes for $1 at dollar tree but they don't last too long. Still seeking a better supply of that low % stuff Dld recommends, but its still tubes, at dollar tree when in stock I get a couple tubes.
Yes you know you want a good light lig burn after your routine and if it persists into next day that means you're hitting it hard and that's good. Harder you can handle ongoing means faster your gains.. I imagine Dld in his first year was sore a lot! You gotta find your pace and moderate to keep going.
Also consider morphing in more SRT program details over time:
Ditch the underwear or at least use boxers.
Lose weight! Start small with walking a mile in your neighborhoods, daily! I lost 50 pounds in 5 months, and thus gained over an inch in nbpel, "show length" I call it, and truly shocked my wife by long stroke drilling to the bottom of her, new pussy I had never touched before!. I understand, I guess you're right. I'll try to follow the tips you gave me. More or less I suppose the problem is me, I'm the kind of person that likes to see imediate results, and if they don't happen right away I automatically deem whatever it is as garbage and doesn't work as advertised, and I know having gains right away in a matter of days is physically impossible. I've been sticking with it, though, trying different things to make it more comfortable. I've done day 6, moving on to day 7, and I want to say it's feeling a little different..? I does seem a bit more veinier and a slight fuller feeling than before I started, it could just be wishful thinking, don't know. But i will continue the program to see where it goes for a couple more weeks.

As I said earlier, I've modified the basic routine so it's a bit more comfortable for me, so now I want to ask a few questions to see if it is or isn't a good idea to change the things I did.


1.I haven't done this yet, and I know it says in the intro of the DVD that you can split up the exercises throughout the day instead of all at once, but it wasnt very specific to what exercises. Are you able to split up the basic routine, or just the more advanced routines?

2. During the exercises, I get distracted very easily, taking a lot longer than it should to do the whole routine. To combat this I've started doing the warm-up wrap in the middle of it to keep the tissue warm. It pretty much goes, warm-up wrap-> 1st set of stretches -> wrap -> 2nd set of stretches -> wrap -> jelqing -> testicular health & PC exercises -> warm-down. Is it a good idea to do this in 1 session?

3. During my warm-down, I decided to try stretching straight out with the warm wrap. The theory being it would help set the stretching and jelqing exercises in stone, so to speak. I've also been trying bend correction stretch during the hot wrap, thinking it would have more of an effect than just doing it normally. Should I just worry about the bend correction stretches and what not during the routine or do you think this could actually be an effective approach?


I had more questions to ask but these are the 3 I was concerned with the most.
 
I'm into Dlds SRT, but its based upon the early work of "Dlds first routine" and 1" in 4 months" routine. The manual stretch and jelq portions are essentially the same.

So, he's meaning, breaking length and girth routines into different parts of the day. If you can do manual length in AM then head to work with an ADS to hold your length extended for hours, you'll heal longer, cementing today's tiny length gains today.
Then after work do your girth routine of jelqs, then put on a cockring to heal expanded for hours. This help cement your girth gains today.

2) if you go longer than a half hour maybe rewarming for a few minutes is fine. If you're hitting it hard all that time then don't worry about stopping to rewarm. You know best what you're doing. Plus being new, easing your logs n tunics into getting used to all this manipulation... warming them is best.

3) healing extended after length work is why to do either: SG on low tension, Uncle Jim's wrap, lock hanging, or some kind of sleeve like autoxleeve or divosuit. Dld says Mos is going to start selling a sleeve. I'm doing UJS and locking until then.
healing expanded after girth work is why we wear cockrings after girth routine. I got a $5 combo pack of Orings at autozone. Once I settle on one I like, ill measure its inside diameter and buy a more pro ring. Still getting my base used to the friction of wearing a cockring for the first time in my life.

Kegels, RKs are great to practice during manual stretches. I do each stretch move 30 seconds doing RK then relax while stretching 30 more seconds.
And my warmup includes straight up and straight out stretching as long as it takes to do 100 quick kegels. That's after the heating pad and before and routine. Kegels help fatigue the PC muscles so my RKs release the PC muscles better, resulting in more focus on the penis structure I want to stretch. Basically, you stop fighting the PC muscles when you fatigue them with lots of kegels then release them with RKs.

Keep going. You'll have the basics within a week or 2 more of study and practice.
 
It's been a little over a week now, I think I'm having a stiffer erection, can't really tell so early I suppose. But since I'm not able to get any prolonged extending equipment or do lock-hanging, I'm doing Uncle Jim's Wrap with the following routine I've come up with.

Down-center hold for 45-50 seconds
Down-left hold for 45-50 seconds
Down-right hold for 45-50 seconds

Center hold for 45-50 seconds
Left hold for 45-50 seconds
Right hold for 45-50 seconds
30 Center rotary cranks

Up-center hold for 45-50 seconds
Up-left hold for 45-50 seconds
Up-right hold for 45-50 seconds
30 Up rotary cranks
DLD Plyometric stretches, 150 reps

all for 3 sets taking a minute and 30 second break between each set


Then I do Uncle Jim's wrap for an hour to an hour and 30 minutes

unwrap
Center stretch hold for 30
Left stretch holding for 30
Right stretch holding for 30
40 Center rotary cranks

re-wrap and repeat every hour to an hour and 30 minutes for 4 hours.

And since I'm not so much interested in girth at the moment, 300 jelqs every 2 days.

It takes me about 2 hours to do the first 3 sets, another half hour when jelqing. I'm not sure if that's very ideal for time but it's about the fastest I can do it and still feel like I'm not rushing and losing it's effectiveness. Is this a good starting routine, should I change anything, or continue with it?
