Lately i've been wrapping my head around the development of a new routine, specifically targeting girth.
I've gone from fairly average at 6x4.5 to a pretty descent ''maybe even a little big'' 7x5.:blush:
Not complaining or anything, i've had great success, but i'm starting to really crave a bigger size.
I'm looking to add an inch in both length and girth, i'd like to be 8 bpel and 6'' mseg within the next 6-8 months.
I know it's possible, i've asked DLD and others a hundred time over the last few years! lol ;)
Now, i know DLD always trained 7 days on/ no off days, but im not sure if that jus means length everyday, or both length and girth everyday, but i can't do intense girth workouts everyday, my dick will die!
But i think i can handle girth every other day, so thats what ill be doing.
The length portion i think i will try every day.

Basically here it is-
as for length, i;m just going to follow your basic ''every direction'' stretches, since i feel stretching brings length quickest.

AS for girth-

ill be doing alot of clamped exercises, like clamped slow squash jelqs, squeezes on the shaft and also finishing each session with a width exercise, like toilet bold compression squeezes, and ATS rollerz.
So ya, thats pretty much it! :)
 
funny thing is im going to add the width wrkouts after today on my off day 2 on 1 off , i gain width easly/girth
 
Ok, great to hear you are going for the 8 x 6 size!

Your girth routine- it is no secret that the more you keep the expansion the better ( SRT ). DLD says that as long as you have a great EQ- you can do girth every day, but, when it comes to INTENSE girth work- rest is needed to get the EQ back to optimal (the more the better). You can either do light girth work 7 days a week or heavy girth work 3-5 days a week (depending on how intense you go). You have read DLD's SRT and you know how it works, so getting a cock ring would be a smart choice I think.

I do not know how intense you want to go- but here are some exercises that I believe will make your penis explode!

I've been doing clamped girth exercises for many years now, so i know what works, my problem lies withtin the fact that i cant get any privacy where i live, so it makes it incredibly difficult to stay consistent in my efforts to make gains.
Also, i know that DLD likes to do girth befor length, but what i've found personally, is when i stretch after a hard girth session, my length gains come much quicker.
The problem is my girth takes a bit longer i feel, i'm not sure, i may just be over analyzing, but i feel that when i stretch, it kind of shrink the expansion i've just created, so i don't have as long in the expanded state, which make girth take a bit longer.
 
A lot of people might disagree with me here, but if you prioritize girth so much- why don't you start a girth only routine? It might be something like:

Day 1- Morning- light girth session
Day 1- Evening- light girth session
Day 2- Morning- Heavy girth session
Day 3- Morning- very light girth session

Where you repeat this cycle over and over again and wear a cock ring 24/7 to get the max out of this (SRT principles). I think this would be great, because Day 1 lets you get some expansion and keep it throughout the WHOLE day using the cock ring and the 2le girth session (do 2le girth session only if it is light, otherwise you would risk reducing your EQ as you already know). Day 2 is heavy girth session where you get a great session (an intense one!) and try to keep the expansion for as long as you can. And day 3 is a following of day 2 (but a very light session would have to be done, otherwise you would risk reducing your EQ due to overtraining girth).

Just get a comfortable cock ring and reapply it every hour or so. I think that would definitely help you! It is not only because you know have been into girth for quite some time and are already familiar with clamping (which might be the best girth gaining method), but because once you start following the SRT principles on keeping the expansion for as long as you can- you would then be able to gain very fast!

Privacy is an issue, yes, but it is only you know knows what situation you are in- try to be creative and think of something, I am sure you can do it! :)

do you have privacy in the shower? that is 15 mins of good girth work. when i lived with my parents back in the day i would clean myself really quick then do girth. hercules

Stretching after girth is a smart move but for most guys strength of stretch is the issue. If you are able to get in strong stretches while expanded it is the fastest way to stretch erectile tissue. I personally try to get in at least 2 sessions a week of stretching after girth to effect the erectile tissue.

Thanks for the great post DLD, i have to agree, i seem to get wicked length expansion when i stretch after girth. :)

When you think about it, it is the only time that you can stretch erectile tissue, when you are erect or still expanded from girth work.
 
I know it makes complete sense, infact i've already gotten over 1/4'' in stretched flaccid length after a set, im usually 7.5 bpfsl, but ive made it to almost eight after a good session. :)

I have stopped doing girth work temporarily while I instead focus exclusively on length, but I feel I have something to add to the above statement. When I was also doing girth in the past my goal was not only to get as much expansion as possible in the erect state, but also when I am finished with my routine to have the fattest flaccid I possibly could. This was pretty easy to achieve with clamping, SSJ's, and jelqing, but if I began to stretch my penis I found that the flaccid girth would quickly get smaller. If I didn't do anything to my penis and left it alone though my flaccid would stay thick as hell for hours. Just thought I would add that.
 
ya man, i've found the same what i do now is, after my length session, i do a few squeezes or a small clamp set to get back the expansion, then i put a cock ring on, it works good.
but either way even if i did nothing at all after my stretching, because im consistent with girth, i don't see it actually slowng my gains, but yes i have noticed my flaccid chubb gets slimmer after length. lol
 
There are benefits to doing exclusive length or girth routines. Some men find that concentrating on one or the other makes it easier for focus. But there is also something to be said about doing both, since expansion happens in all directions girth definitely helps with length gains while stretching also helps benefit girth gains through the tunica being broken down. Both methods are just fine and completely up to the user.
