I wanted to start this log to help me keep track and to also have one place for me to share and ask questions during my hanging journey.
So to start and to give those who read this a better understanding of where and how I got to this point I have been doing PE of some sort since 2008. In the beginning I just jelqed because that's all I had read about on the Internet at the time. Read one tutorial on how to jelq and thought I was on my way to a massive dick. Boy was I wrong. I jelqed on and off for about 3 years and never really gained anything. I started at 6" NBPEL and some how managed to get to about 6 1/4".
Then in June of 2013 I came across this site. So glad I did. I've learned so much. I bought me the Penomet, the SG, the VLC, and my latest purchase the LM. I have gained almost another 3/4 of an inch NBPEL.
Well now why I'm trying hanging. I started to have trouble with my suspensory ligament holding back my stretch. I couldn't get it to budge or at least it didn't feel like it. So after getting the LM I started reading about hanging and read Dashdeming' hard core hanging thread and because of my time constraints I thought it was something I wanted to try. Then I came upon SWM'S progressive hanging routine and between the two I feel I can make gains with this type of PE.
About an month ago I bought my first 10 lb plate and soon figured out that wasn't enough weight so I bought 2- 2.5 lb plates and since have bought a 5 lb plate. I am now starting the week with 17.5 lbs following SWM progressive hanging routine. Well at least best as I can.
I started this week with 17.5 lbs and was able to hang 3 sets 15 min each Monday , 2 sets Tuesday with 17.5 lbs and on the 3rd set with about 8 mins left in the set I had to drop to 15lbs to finish out the set.
Now today. I had a horrible hanging session. I don't know if it was all in my wrap even though I re-wrap before each set or what it was. I just never could get comfortablewith it. My first set I started with 17.5 lbs but after about 10 mins I had to drop 2.5 lbs to finish out. Second set I kept the 15lbs but with about 5 mins left I had to bow of the set. So on tje third set I started back with the 15 lbs but after 5 mins I had to drop another 2.5 lbs to finish the set. The sad thing is it wasn't so much because of the stretch on my dick or ligs it was more because of pain in my glans that's why I feel it was more because of my wrap. Still needs work I think.
Well anyway. I'm on my way to my goals. I can already tell in such a short time that this really puts a good stretch on my dick. When I started hanging it felt I was only stretching hard on my suspensory lig but Monday I felt as though it was pulling more on the entire shaft and the other ligs so I think I breaking thru on my suspensory lig. Finally.
This log will have my success stories and failures, questions and hopefully some answers. It won't have a lot of measurements cause I'm more of a visualist meaning I'd rather see it then measure it. For starting measurement I'm at 6 7/8 NBPEL sometimes 7 depending on EQ but more than not I'm 6 7/8 so that's what I'm going with. I want to reach 8 NBPEL and then work on girth to 6" to 6.5.
I'm concentrating on length right now. So not much girth work going on. I still pump a little but only before sex.
