If you start at 30 to 50 percent erect, no more, it shouldn't be a problem. I made fast gains at the beginning at this level of erection--no higher--because I too, was afraid I would injure myself. I'm glad to say, after all these years, I have not had any injury related to jelqing. I do believe if practiced slowly and methodically, it is the safest P.E. exercise.

Just ease into it and very slowly increase time and intensity. That's what I did, and it took me several months to reach a "heavy duty" routine.

When I started I could not get anymore than 30-40% erect. I now think that the lower the erection level faster the gains. I quickly grew 2.5" In less than 6 months.

Im not the first to have quick gains. And they eventually slowed down. But im thinking as my EQ improved and i was able to get full erections again the gains slowed down. Im wondering if i started jelqing at 30% again if that wont start the fast gains up again.
 
Lifted and I both made dramatic gains right from the get-go. Maybe this is the answer--starting to jelq at a lower level of erection. I do know I had lost my rock hard woodies before I started P.E. But they returned within a month or two of serious jelqing.
 
can jelqing completly be benificial and if so wht would the benifit be ...sub zero
 
I started Penis Enlargement back up in April, didnt really see anything for 4 months. So I switched to a routine like Goings with lots of Jelqing and I already feel a difference after a month. I have gained quite a bit in NBPenis EnlargementL from going from 20% bodyfat down to 11%. I gained a little in BPenis EnlargementL also. JElqs are awesome and need to be included in any Penis Enlargement workout.

How long were u jelqing goin? 1 - 1.5 hours?

I dont trust jelquing 100% erect either. I agree with Goin and Lifted on the 30-40%
 
Subzero I think you may have found the holy grail to re-start newbie gains.

That's right, pal. By the end of the third month, I was jelqing one to two hours a day, seven days a week. Then I threw in the stretches. But I did not cut back on the jelqing. I know it seems like an extremely intense routine, and it was. Bu it was not unlike what DLD describes when he started out.

It was during my fourth month that I made the kinds of gains Lifted describes. I was flabbergasted, to say the least. I didn't expect them in the least. In fact, I had no expectations--except that I had gained a half inch right off the bat--first couple of weeks--so I guess that immediate gain was in the back of mind.

It truly had become a magnificent obsession. It still is.

As always it's amazing to hear about your journey Goingfor !! I have to ask you a couple questions if you don't mind:1. Did you always do jelquing first and then stretching and if so did you think this was more beneficial to your results? 2.Did you do this whole routine all at once or break it up? Thank you and I will await your response full of wisdom.
 
That's a tough question to answer--the last part of it. Yes, I jelqed for three months. That's all I did for three months. Then I added the stretches in the four month, and that's when my gains came incredibly fast.

Not very scientific, I know. I always ask myself, "What if, during the first three months, I had done the stretches WHILE jelqing?" I'll never know the answer to that question. I know that is how DLD started out--doing both jelqs and stretches. And I respect his approach very much.

I think the best approach here is to stick with whatever routine you establish for at least three or more months and see what happens. Then switch routines or increase the intensity. I do agree with those veterans who say you have to shock your dick, much like some other body building routines, if you want to continue to experience gains. I guess that's what I did when I added the stretches, although at the time, it was strictly trial and error. I did this all on my own at the time. I didn't join a forum until later.

By the way, I did my routine all at once--one long session--at least at the beginning. I rarely broke it up. And each session lasted for an hour to as much as three hours. I was home. Everybody else was out working--that gave me the time and the space to make the most of it. I have not had that luxury since.

Now with more and more people out of work here, maybe we will witness an "epidemic" of bigger dicks? :p

Or a lot more drunks and drug addicts. Who knows? Maybe it will be the reverse.

We shall see, right?

Thank you so much for responding so soon. I actually started with the stretches for 2 months and now have added the jelqs(3 days so far of new routine. I think I will do 1 more month for sure but have other equipment to use and was wanting to do like hanging soon,but what do you think? Thank you once again.
 
I believe that flaccid jelqing would give you more length gains in contrast to girth.
 
I would agree, higher end jelqing is better for improving Eq and girth gains.
