Hey guys, Ive heard alot of positive things about hanging and ive seen many times around the forums.. If devices dont work.. Then either hanging or manual exercises should.

At this point, ive been doing Penis Enlargement for 5 months. Started of with sizegenetics using it atleast 9 hours (2 on 1 off) But always aiming for 12 hours.

I eventually moved on to manual exercises/manual streching/kegals ( Jelqing for 15 minutes )

Then most recently I have been using the Bathmate for around 1 month.

My Routine atm is
1) Rice Sock 10 minutes
2) Manual streches then Bathmate for 20 minutes doing all posible Bathmate streches/kegals while im Bathmate
3) Jelq for 15 minutes
4) SizeGenetics for 9-12 hours
5)2 days of Penis Enlargement , 1 off. Repeat


To be honest, I want to incorporate hangin weights into my routine.

At this time I care mostly about length. I do care about girth but length is a priority.

At the same time, I dont want to over do it but my current routine I can easily handle NO problem.

If you anyone can help me suggest some advice on how to incorporate hanging into my routine/ Which Hanger should I buy / weights. I would so appreciate it. If I have to edit my workout then thats fine.

I want to get the most gains out of my time possible without overdoing it. I do understand Penis Enlargement is a very long process (probably 2-3 years for my goals) but I want to get the best workout possible for that timeframe if you guys could understand.

I think you'd be better served by breaking up the manual stretching to two sessions per day, if your schedule allows. Get up, 15 min manual stretch, then slap on extender immediately. Wear the extender all day (1 hour break is good but you could eventually work up to less time out of extender in between wearing it). Then do another 15 min manual set of stretching and slap on extender again for 2 hours. Then do your jelqs, go to bed. This is my routine, it's working well for me. Extenders work best when complemented with manuals, I believe. Let me know what you think.
What have you gained so far with your routine?
 
Ive gotten from 5 1/8 to 5 3/8 in length. So pretty much almost a cm in those 5 months.

Comparing that to the majority of the guys on this forum.. I dont think its that great to be honest. But im pretty sure that is just from extending as ive recently just started Bathmate. But still.. I understand gains are gains and im happy. But I honestly do believe (and have been told) I could have gained way more if I incorporated hanging/manual streching. So thats what im trying to do, get thr best gains possible during my time of pe.

Thats why I want to incorporate hanging as it seems to be the ultimate length gainer faster than the other options.

But honestly, I try to get my manual exercises done asap because my medication atm for depression makes it hard to keep an erection, so it could be hard to jelq. Thats why I just do it once and get it over with. I strech in the sizegenetics / Bathmate mostly

I'd try doing what I've been doing. I had trouble gaining length but I have gained over .5" of bone pressed flaccid stretched length since april 13th, following that routine
 
I pretty much Cover that in my routine. I mean I do my manual streching, but not 15 minutes. Ide say 5 minutes.

I do 20 minutes of streching in the Bathmate/ kegals. Then I strech in the extender. So im sure im getting alot of streching exercises done.

But if your gaining with that routine then I will be too hopefully! I started this routine just recently and im going to measure
in either 1 month or 3. But again thanks for the advice, it makes me feel better that im actually doing something that is very close to your routine so I know it will work

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.​
 
You got any advice on the type of hanging device? I wanted to go with the bib hanger cuz ive heard alot of good stuff about it.

But when I tried to get it.. It said you must be atleast 6 inches in length and 5 in girth. My girth is 4.5 and my length is 5.3 ...

Any other Good alternatives? Or you think I can use the bib anyways.

And you think its fine with my routine?

I wish the LengthMaster was available, this would make the choice easy. You could look into making one, KingSnake has a hanger and also look into the Captains Wench, another home made hanger.
 
Just started hanging to myself im now back to work witch is good but just as i was getting gains i have to cut back on hours on size genetics so what im going to do is 30 mins Bathmate 30 mins hanging and 4 hours on the sg what i was wanting to know is what is the best device for hanging and how much will it cost i started hanging tonight with the top bit of sg and some weights bit i really got a good pull so i would defo eant to add this way to my workout
 
The sg head attachment isn't designed to hang significant amounts of weight. You can not grasp the internal structure of the penis so either you are just stretching skin or you are using the head for an anchor. The sink stretch isn't bad and you could gain if you have tight skin while erect but hanging from the glans is a big no no! The nerves that let your penis feel run down the top with a bundle just behind the head. (I'm pretty sure on this but if someone knows different please correct me) Any pressure on this nerve will cause numbness and repetitive clamping the nerves couldn't be bad long term.

I feel that unless you have practiced manual pe for at least a year you should not hang. Do all you can do with your hands and sg before you step up to hanging. The principal behind this is very simple. Hanging has the highest risk of all the pe activity. You could easily injure yourself if your penis is not very well conditioned. Also it will take months to move to high enough weight to see any gains. I would not expect to gain a mm hanging for at least 3 months. Yes I know some people gain the first week but it is not likely. Everything usually says Gaines wont happen with less than 15# and approximately 10 hours per week. There are a lot of people that say you can gain with less time but most still say 15 lbs.

Personally I like the bib starter. I tried the lm and couldn't get the "hang" of it. I'm not pushing the bib but it is very capable. Some of the home made type will work but you will be limited on how much weight you can use. If you decide to hang more you almost have to start over because the differences in how a new hanger attaches.

You could wait until dld comes out with a new lenght master. I have no idea how it is redesigned but if it doesn't have toe adjustments and doesn't attach on the sides I think you would be better off with a bib. (Sorry dld)
 
^ I agree with everything this cat says except for the wait a year part. Why waste a year? I say start hanging as soon as you've been doing manuals for 2 months with no gains, that includes BPFSL. Cut out that pumping shit too if you want to start hanging
 
Ya. No gains for 2 months with intense manual work you should switch. I'm not talking bout 5-10 min a day of newbie crap but if your doing 30 min to an hour of advanced work and can't gain then OK.

The main reason I said to wait is because I think most people can gain for at least a year doing manual exercise and extending. Also hanging is very hard even on a well conditioned unit but hanging is probably the best way to get lenght gains.

It is also important to note that pumping and hanging will just not work. Any serious girth exercise will cause massive amounts of fr that will make it impossible to get a consistent attachment and also make it very hard to grasp the internal structures. I personally get fr just from hanging so I couldn't start to imagine how bad it would be starting with a pumped unit with tons of fr to start. I promise it wouldn't be good!

The thing is, you can pull your dick for 10 years and it still won't be conditioned for attachment point stress, so you may as well start as soon as you stop gaining form manuals.
 
Keep in mind the amount of work you will need to put in to see gains while healing. Many guys go for 5 hours or more a day.

Do you mean hanging rather than healing? Bib recommends no more than 4 hours of hanging sets per day. Minimum 10 hours a week, which equates to about 4.25 twenty min sets a day
