Should I stretch very hard I stretch until I feel pain on the base of my penis. It's so confusing to know if ur stretching properly.
 
What ever you do you don't want to feel any pain while stretching. It's just like stretching your arms and legs after working out. You want to shot for a nice stretch to induce creep and feel some nice fatguie afterwards but not to the point of blunt pain. Pain is a no no my friend.
 
Kingsnake is correct, pain should never be present, fatigue may happen and may not happen but nothing should be painful.
 
But you do want to feel a good deep burn in the ligs right?

No- Penis Enlargement is not bodybuilding. A "pump" or "burn" isn't necessarily the goal of an exercise- ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY not a stretching movement.

You'll know you're on the right track if a) your EQ maintains or improves (this ensures you're not overtraining, and b) your measurements go up over time.
 
Never forget that Penis Enlargement is a gradual process, and when you're done with a session you should feel as though you've accomplished one more gradual step toward your ultimate goal. Not that you've "beaten" your tissues into suBathmateission. Experiment with different techniques, different grip points, different intensities. Find what works best for you and then build on that. Don't simply rely on what feels the most intense, pay attention to what actually gives you the most gain for a given effort; that's the goal of Penis Enlargement.
 
wow i think i have been stretching with too much intensity then. Ive been at it for 6 weeks and haven't really seen any gains in erect state. Also, i do have to admit that lately my EQ has suffered some. I was always trying to put as much intensity without experiencing sharp pain.. Damn now i feel like ive been wasting some of my effort for the past six weeks.
 
Some good advice. Perhaps you should just step back your routine a bit and take it from there. There are no big rushes in Penis Enlargement, it is more about finding what works for you and sticking with it. Some guys who have put 2+ hours a day into Penis Enlargement will complain that they are not gaining only to find that a much easier, shorter routine brings faster gains. It can also be the direct opposite where some guys need much more work than others. It is really about finding your sweet spot.

Man that comment sounds like the voice in the back of my head telling me why I wasnt gaining before.
 
Hydromaxm ok. I guess i was just kinda confused because I have read threads where people talk about 'feeling a burn in the ligs' so i thought this is the intensity needed to stretch them. I realize its different for everyone, so I'm still wondering if I'm stretching correctly for myself but just haven't given it enough time.
 
I stretch with extreme intensity but rarely feel any soreness. When I do the Hardcore Bathmate Stretches I do feel soreness though...odd.
 
Yeah i dont really feel any soreness although im am stretching with as much intensity as i can without causing pain. I just did the '__________ stretch' for the first time though, and i got sore for the first time.

Just remember that soreness is not the goal, gaining size is.
 
Lately I've been having my wife help with morning stretches while still in bed. I pull my dick back behind my legs while laying on my side with my back toward her. She lays on her side and grabs it just below the head and starts to pull. Kind of like the between the cheeks stretch. Since she is afraid to pull too hard I seem to get the right tension.
With her pulling and me pulling away I can get a nice long stretch, not to mention some other occaisional goodies as a bonus!

Haha thats great that you can get your wife to help you out. I bet you get all the motivation you need from that to keep going!

She does complain on the rare times when things get TOO big. Or should I say out of hand! Years ago when she first found my stashed penis pump she called me at work and asked what it was. I showed her how it works and things were just fine
after that. She even will give the vacuum a few squeezes if I ask. But to stay on topic, the masters are correct when they say this is a long term process. I've gotten permanent gains of over an inch and 1/4 by mostly pumping. But with the help of this forum I am more diligent and can already see and feel improvement.

Stretch as hard as you can. Pain is a subjective concept.

Is it PAIN or the wonderful feeling of stretching?
Fundiform ligament, Suspensory ligament and inner penis?
