Everyone just do what you feel, I'm just telling y'all it's a hell of a lot easier and less stressful if your lady knows and is accepting. Also if she don't accept it then i dont think she's wife material anyways i dont want no woman who can't accept all the shit I do or don't do, we as men put up with plenty of shit from them so if they can't Handel this one thing your better off. If you are a beginner or if you are training intensely, you might experience some weak erection but I never experienced this. However, kegel should be your best friend as long as you are doing PE. If I don't want to do Kegel, I just smoke weed and get the boner (erection)

Yup in the beginning fatigue can be had to deal with but as time goes on and you understand the way your body responds to exercise and fatigue you can plan a schedule that gives you the best EQ on the days you need it. Fatigue is the best time to stretch hands down. In teh state of fatigue the pelvic floor muscles become to weak to resist the stretch allowing all intensity to go the the shaft and ligament.
