Okay, from my understanding the penis needs only 24 hours to recover before it's next training session. The tissue in the penis needs to be stretched and expanded consistently for growth. If I am not wrong fatigue plays a big part for maximum growth. And, intensity and proper form play a big roll in penis enlargement as well.

How do physiological indicators play a part in penis enlargement if you're penis is always in a fatigue state and are PI's necessary? And, can someone give me a general rundown on penis enlargement like how it works?
 
Fatigue is not something we always want as the goal is to have the maximum erection quality we can but fatigue will always be present in penis enlargement so it makes sense to take advantage of it. Another thing to keep in mind is timing and sexual activity. If you have sex with your wife 3 times a week be sure those three days you have good EQ. This is done through smart planning. Now getting back to fatigue; in this state there is no better time to make length gains. When the penis is exhausted it has no chance of fighting against the intensity of a stretch, making the stretch so much more gainful. This is the whole methodology behind DLD Blasters, fatigue the pelvic floor muscles and stretch with fatigue. Also, after orgasm this same state of fatigue is present so this could work into your planing. You can see to do length after you have had sex.

Do you mean by smart planning you mean rest days for better EQ?

I noticed my EQ has not improved lately?
 
honestly with girth work i am looking for frequent chubbies and erections that is the main indicator for me that its going well. also size increase obviously. I get fatigue from length work but it is a short burn it doesnt last all day

24 hour rest is not necessarily true. DLD worked out twice even 3 times a day every day.

kegels are the key element to good EQ, do them daily.

Continue to do your current routine and progress with it. Add couple more seconds or even minutes to your exercises each week. You can also add a new exercise once in a while just to progress and make gains in a sense faster.

Try to include kegel into your routine and also reduce the rate at which you masturbate. These should help with your erection.

Smart planning meaning on the days you will be having sex avoid exercise that causes fatigue.

I just smart planning in a different way. I either plan on day where after I've had sex that's when I do my most intense stretching and workout then pf wear as I believe sex fatigues
My penis way more then jacking off ever can to get a more intense stretch. Also other days I do my girth work like my long jelqs right before sex to that I'm engorged the entire time afterwards and basically try to edge during sex as long as possible lol makes it a lot more fun.

Finding your groove in this game is so important with the balance of training, fatigue, healing, sex, etc. There is much to customize as an individual. As long as you have mastered that schedule you are rocking it the right way.

Oh yea I've mastered it but it was easy to get my routine down as my wife had known since day one and never had any issue or even acted weird like some would. She just seems to want to have sex even more now sincewe both are noticing my gains already and I'm only like 5 months in so can't wait to see what's in store for 2017

Women have the tendency to love PE in the beginning, they will love the sex, the bigger penis, etc. but sometimes, more than less, eventually penis envy comes into play and there can be serious issues because of this. Guess I should add though she's not like super into it she just knows why I'm doing it and doesn't mind it and has never made me feel weird or anything just supportive. Her words not mine but she said when I started this again I get it everyone has shit about themselves they want to change women do it all the time without any grief from men you do whatever will make you happy inside. So I was just saying she's cool about the whole thing I'm also not obsessed as I don't feel I have to grow it would just be nice. I can do what I need to just how it is haha

Mine knows about the PE yeah she was against it at first until she seen the results of 6 months of jelqing and now shes hooked, hell she bought me a bathmate even.
