Sorry for the long belated response. I just turned 35 so I don't think there is any natural growth. I measure everything and write it down in a log to track my progress so I am pretty sure it is accurate. I now can fill up a toilet role tube and could not before. That is kind of neat. From the length standpoint, I can also now start to feel that I am getting into spots in my wife that I have not gone before. It is somewhere in the back, upper part. I can't wait for what another 1/2" will bring. Right now I am in the middle of no-gains land but I know if I wait and be patient and persistent more will come. It is inevitable.
I used my Bib hanger for my most recent hanging and I have been able to hang in comfort without un-due stress on my member. I started with a Captain's Wench and it worked but led to some nerve damage (numbing) with my unit due to me overtightening it on my shaft. I have gotten through that. The funny thing is that after I took about three months off and came back I had an immediate jump in length up to my current length of 7.5" BP. Before I was at 7.1"BP, which at the time was up from 6.75:BP. Kind of wierd and I do not know why this happened. Makes me think of taking a break every few months.
My routine is nothing special. I hang for about 2 hours or so a day. when I do not feel stress at a particular angle any longer I will change the angle of attack. For example I will take a 12 mintue session and instead of hanging OTS for all of the session I will start the session with about 5 minutes to one side and then go to OTS. I will then really feel the tress at the base near my pelvis, which is where I have always felt it. The next session I will start to the other side before going OTS. Also, instead of getting bent out of shape on upping my weight or hanging for two hours in teh morning and then calling it off for the day in a false sense of accomplishment, I increase the amount of sessions throughout the day, while being carefull to spread it out evenly throughout the day and get a late night session in and an early morning session in to keep the unit in a fatigued state in to the next day. I don't want it to heal and "toughen" up over night. My next step is to try out and
ADS along with my hanging to kee it stretched out between sessions. I tried this at the beginning and I think that this really made a difference. I just need to figure out which thing to use or purchase for this that would work the best and safest, most importantly.
By the way, I am in outside sales in the Atlanta, GA area and have come up with ways to hang for 2+ hours a day even while driving so it can be done if someone is determined! I am by no means accomplished, having to learn through the pains, and have just begun this very interesting and strange journey. I have had some great input from Bib, Captain and others that has really helped. I have been a lurker for the most part and now feel as I find out anything that might help I should say something.
