Hey guys!!

Well maybe you remember I posted about a month ago when I gained my first 0.25", now my length is up 0.5"!!!

I started 2/10/06 at 5.25" erect length, when I measured yesterday I was pretty well past the 5.75" mark, which is UNBELIEVABLE!!!

If DLD gets me past a 6 inch dong I'm donating more money to that dude because that is just friggin' amazing.

Anyway I've been doing newbie routine like this:

5 minute hot shower warmup
10-15 minutes of hard stretching in all directions
15-18 minutes of wet jelqing @ ~80% erect
5 minute hot shower afterwards

kegels at night.

I've done the jelqing probably 34 out of the 50 days.
I've done the stretching 40 out of the 50 days.

My girth is still equal to my starting erect girth, which is 4.75". I need to figure out why my girth hasn't increased????????

Yeah especially when you advance in phases and start getting into the bigger girth specific exercises.

is 60 days long enough to advance to the next phase or should I keep going until I stop getting length gains?

This is true, I think my mind focused much more on girth when I changed my routine and Phase 2 was born. I did well with Phase 1 but Phase 2 really does start to get intense and focused on girth work.

I would say keep going with Phase 1 if you are still seeing gains, but you may want to look at adding 1 or 2 girth related exercises from Phase 2.

What is your experience with gaining girth on big girth? Do gains come faster, in comparison to a smaller girth? Eg: a 4.75' girth guys starts and intense girth routine, while say a 6'(natural) girth guy does the same intense routine, would the thicker guy gain more?
 
I have been gaining girth pretty well since I added an intense girth routine onto my workout almost every day. I think the key is to work the girth when your completely engorged. I had done wet jelqs at about 80% for a long time before and never gained any girth, but now that Ive upped the intensity Ive been seeing nice gains. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention- I used to wet jelq and now Ive switched over to fry Jelqs as I feel they are more productive.

Just a warning though: as it is stated in many threads about jelqing at max. erection levels, you MUST be careful and ease into the routine. If you move too fast, you will probably hurt yourself. I never have, thankfully, and I feel that I owe this to taking it slow. Have fun
 
Yeah, i get that with jelqing the more erect you are the more girth you gain, But do you gain faster as girth is built onto girth, taking into account that the penis is getting conditioned as you go? Do girth gains accelerate?

I can only speak for my own experience in this regard. I'm still gaining girth, and I started at 6" 5" 5.25" natural. I'm at 7.25" 6.25" 6.25" now. I would conclude that they do come faster. It kind of makes sense.
 
so I guess i'll go to phase II starting next week to work in more girth?

yeah honestly I still can't believe i'm just a quarter inch away from a 6 inch dick... I just stare at at the ruler and try to convince myself it must be wrong... it's just amazing...

I always thought I'd be undersized on length....because of the length I believe the girth will come... I BELIEVE!!

so on to phase II?
 
Personally, I think that if your still gaining on phase one you should stick with that routine until youve exausted your gains. I don't think you should abandon a routine thats working so well for you- but what I would say is that maybe you could add some of the more intense girth excercises to your routine if your ready for them. Other than that, dont fix what aint broke man.
