I'm pretty much back on track now. I've been making progress of 1/2" per month, and I don't want to screw it up if I'm succeeding. Of course, an inch of stretched skin isn't equal to an inch of flaccid skin, so it's hard to tell the progress sometimes.
 
I've converted to tugging down my leg using the CAT II with a strap. It's time to change things up, so I've been doing it this way for 3 days now and plan to keep it up as long as there aren't complications.

I didn't think it would work, but with a new Playtex Ventaire nipple, it's able t hold without any problems with slipping. I also haven't seen any noticable circulation problems.

I hope this leads to much progress. :)

I tried Manual tugging but it requires extreme dedication and persistence which I don't have. That's why manual tugging never worked for me

Very well said. For a lot of time men had little option but to use their hands and some primitive hanging methods. Today there are many good options including device oriented stretching like the SizeGenetics or the Penimaster, there is assisted stretching as seen with the LengthMaster and PowerAssist and of course there is still manual efforts, which have improved exponentially over the years. Selecting one method for me is not really an option. I have found that my greatest gains have come from a routine that incorporates the above. I would never abandon manual work but I will never discount assisted and equipment based stretching. Having a large variety of exercise and method also keep me motivated and interested in my routine, essentially I am more proactive.

Even though my bathroom breaks at work have gone up because I have to adjust the strap an device every now and then, it fits my lifestyle. I may incorporate 5-10 minutes of manual here and there but it will never be my primary method of restoration.

Thats it! It is kind of like keeping your enlargement on mental change 24/7 and allowing the gains to happen.
 
I recommend it be done in the shower and let warm water loosen & relax the skin before a stretching.
