I've adjusted my manual tugging time to about 15 minutes per day since the last post.

Gravesubject,
If you have any suggestions on how much time or how much tension to use, I'm listening. ;)

:) MDC, you probably know more about manual tugging than I do! I've just been doing about 3-5 minutes in the morning and after I pee during the day, before I put my keeper ring back on. I'm using my tugger and captn's wench with elastic strap in the evening and do 1-2 minutes of manual tugging after using each of those. As far as tension, I manually pull firmly enough to feel discomfort, but not pain, and I've started using corn starch (baby powder) to improve my grip because the skin below the glans is getting oily. I do pull pretty firmly on my tugger and cw since I don't have alot of time to do Penis Enlargement or FR. I'm do short-term, high-intensity workouts. Seems to be working: I've added 0.25" of inner skin, about 1.75" of shaft skin, and 0.25" to my BPFSL so far.

Cheers!

How long did it take to make those gains? I started using baby powder these last few days as well.

Seven weeks for the FR gains and about three weeks for the Penis Enlargement gain, most in the past week (newbie challenge). Also, my flaccid length measurements have gone up by ~0.5", so that's taking away from the shaft skin lengthening - the price we pay.

How's the baby powder working for you? I think the results are great, but I always equate the smell with changing diapers... :barf:

The increase in grip is great. I can tell the difference between a dirty diaper and baby powder. :p

I have just switched to only doing manual stretching on May 1st. I had been using t-tape (2 weeks) and the pill tube method (2.5 months), and made a little progress. I decided to switch to the manual method because it is getting warm out, and it might be more possible to notice something under my clothes. And because I was getting sores on my skin from where the tape or plastic would break the skin if I moved around too much. Plus I can direct more attension to certain areas of the skin in order to gain more on the top than on the bottom since I will need about 2.5 times more skin on the top side.

This process sure isn't fast, but as long as I am making gains, I will continue.

Do you pull the skin as hard as you can?

I'd say yes I do, but there's skin slippage even with baby powder. It isn't painful when I stretch, so don't plull as hard as you can if it hurts.

My current plan is to do the one 15-20 minute stretching session with 2-4 additional short sessions per day(1-2 minutes each). Just started the additional sessions yesterday, but I think it's a good addition.

I also put on my CAT II this morning. The way I use it isn't to create a lot of tension, but to keep the inner skin extended. Depending on how things go, I may add this to my routine regularly.

hello, just got my tlc tugger yesterday. I am dissapointed but I will need to try manuel tugging for several weeks before the tugger will even possible to use. I was cut VERY tight and getting the skin even far enough over the inner cone is near impossibe, though I have been able to get everything on and in its place, it will not hold for more than a few moments. But the tugger would work great If i had just a little more pliable skin from the shaft to pull forward. I found a graph at the NORM site comparing fr devices (after I already ordered the tugger) and tugger got great reviews but it did say "works best with some skin to start with" which unfortunately is not me but I did go to several of the links from this thread and found great manual tugging advice and routines and just since yesterdays routine I alreaady notice new "loosness" that was not there before : ) Question: has anyone used neosporin ointment with benzocane as an after treatment for fr? I was wanting to try it because it just sounded so bennificial to skin chaffing and pain from stretching and help healing, let me know what think, Michael.

Michael,
I don't think neosporin will do much, but it might be helpful. I've been using some hydrocortisone ointment the last few days since steroid ointments are known to help skin conditions.

On my program, I haven't been doing the 15-20 minutes sessions since my last post, but I have done a 10 minute session plus 3-4 shorter sessions per day. I've also been using my CAT II for several hours each day.

I got my betamethasone ointment today and will be using it twice a day for a month or so. It's a steroid ointment used to treat phimosis, which I assume is achieved through skin expansion.

On my manual tugging, I've been doing one or more 5-10 minute sessions and several more short ones daily, and wearing my CAT II for 3-4 hours per day on average.

MDC,

Excellent news, please keep us updated. I'm very curious as to whether the betamethasone significantly affects the dermis. If you see a sudden jump in skin length, I think that we will all be buying some betameth LMAO

Cheers!

One idea on the betamethasone cream is that it thins out the skin. This isn't bad for a little bit because the natural foreskin is thiner. However, your restored foreskin may not cling to the glans as tightly.

This is a theory that I have heard, I don't know if it has any truth to it.

My penis' skin is very thick from all the Penis Enlargement and FR I've been doing, and it may have even started thick as best I can remember. I'll watch closely though just to make sure there are no problems.

MDC,

You're not misremembering; my skin has also gotten noticably thicker in the past ten weeks of FR.

I'm still working on it daily. Usually about 5 sessions of 1-2 minutes each, plus another 5-15 minute session most days. That plus putting on the betamethasone ointment 1-2 times per day and wearing the CAT II for several hours is my current program.

I tried measuring today to see if there's any progress. There wasn't any measurable gain. But it hasn't been long since the last measurment, and I wasn't very dedicated to getting an accurate measurment today.

Updated the "keeping track of progress" thread.

I switched to using the ointment once per day soon after the last post so it wouldn't be too greasy to tug. Either during sleep at night, or first thing in the morning if I forgot.

I'm still manual tugging 4-5 times per day for mostly short 1 minute sessions, with one of them being 5-30 minute session.

I'm averaging about 5-6 hours with the CAT II each day as well.

MDC,

Two questions: How is the betamethasone working out? Do you like the CAT II enough to recommend it?

Cheers!
Pri

All I can say is that I made progress while using the betamethasone. But it may not be any better than 1% hydrocortisone even if it is helping, only more expensive. I'm still using it when I remember to.

If you want a device to apply constant tension that's nearly hassle free, the CAT II is just about the only option. Yes, I recommend it. To get the most benefit, you need to also use something like a cock ring to keep tension on the outer skin.

Thanks MDC!

So you're just using a regular metal cockring at the shaft base, or are you using an elastic ring?

I usually use a rubber o-ring around the whole package when I do use one. It helps keep additional tension on the top skin. If you check the CAT Stretchers MSN group, you can find more info. I don't remember what Tom recommends, but it is covered there.

I've been slacking some for the last week. Still getting a few short manual tugging sessions each day, and wearing the CAT II for several hours each day. I plan to get back on track today with a longer session a little later.
