Hey Guys

I am from germany and I train since 01.08.11 girth only. At first a started whit pumping only for nearly a half year. But my process was moderate. So I began whit Jelgs and Druckulis and increase this exercise in the follow mounth. My startvalues was 13,5 centimeter from base till the bellend. Today I have 14,5 cm on base and 14,2 cm in the middel. I think a good result ;)
My program as follow:

250Jelgs-15min Pumping-100Druckulis-15min Pumping-100 Druckulis- 15min Pumping- 100 Druckulis

It´s a relative hard program and not suitable for beginner. In the next time I will try clamps. It´s harder then Druckulis ;) Show must go on ;)

DLD can I ask you something, whats the different between Bathmate Pump and the MOS pump that's on sale on the site?

Are both water pumps and what are the differenses in results? Can air pumping be better in any ways than water pumps if I combinate air pumping with P-E exercise such as SSJ or something?

The difference for me is Air Pumps cause blisters easier, they cause much fluid retention, and I do not like the puffiness. The Bathmate, being a water pump, is much gentler in this sense. It also brings quickly tissue expansion than the air pump and water expansion. I think the Bathmate is a much better, faster, safer method of pumping.
 
I build myself the Pump. It´s cheaper and more solid. The pipe is from Ebay, the ending cap is from hardware store and it´s a waterpipe ending pice. The flange is a pegs and all is glued whit heatgluepistol. Very simpel and fast to build. My trainingsplan looks above.
I change my traingsplan all quater year and I increase my intensity. I train 1on/1off/1on/1off. This regular cycle is the only on what I hold constantly. So it´s happens in the past, that the penis are a little bit bleeding or the fenulum is torn ;) No pain no gain!!! Thats the rule for success. I Pump 3x15 minutes(8HG), 300 Druckulis(I don´t no the english word), 250 Jelgs.
My penis shows on every trainigsday blue spots, it is normal. But this spots are vanished on the next trainingsday. My experience is, that most people do not have the guts to train hart enought. I was also in the german forum for 2 years. Now I am here and I hope to get more/other informations.

I hope my english is readable, because I am from germany ;)

Ive used a PeniMaster since 2004....2005...have my 2nd one now with a V stretch attachment for a more pronounced outward curve...and is great....but Ive been more impressed with my girth gains from my Bathmate...so thick and so quick...is really odd but even after a few weeks I feel like the dick Im holding is not my own...Even after the 1st time about 2 hours after I was just like ""wow this is my dick"" a word of advice is after a pumping / stretching session I highly advise to use ST. IVES collagen-elastin formula...and at least one other time during the day...this prevents discoloration and allows the skin to expand better during exercise with minimal noticeable damage to the skin...I apply it after a session and at least one other time when I visit the bathroom mid day.

As far as supplements...I advise at minimal a multivitamin <break in half for better absorbing>taken with food and l-arginine.

Vitamins and supplements can become costly, but...If you shop Walgreens they always have buy 1 get one free....and can even use coupons on top of that.
I'll soon make a list of all of the supplements I take on a daily basis.

I am a physician and can honestly say that Penis Enlargement has saved my life. I drank ALOT during school and shortly ,thereafter...but when I discovered Penis Enlargement ...I knew that in order for Penis Enlargement to be possible, I would have to make other positive health changes...and I did. You reach the same whit a heatpillow ;) I heat up my cylinder and during the session I wind the pillow over the cylinder. More warming meens more strech ;)
It costs less money(17&#8364; whit shipping) when I right memory.

Whit me still train 2 other guys. Till this day I have the best results because I change regulary my trainingsplan and train hard enough. But increase has everyone of us. And yes we all say Penis Enlargement hast change our life. We got so many compliments from girls that our self-assurance is grown. If I reach my final aim of 15,5cm middel than I reduce my training of a minimum to conserve my gains. can anyone tell me, if the gains disappear when I finish my training for all time?? Or stay a littel bit?

I advise men to train at least .25" past their goal size to be assured the gains have cemented. If new gains are made and Penis Enlargement is stopped too quickly the gains will not stick. It is always wise to get a little edge on your final goal to sure it up. Plus, I hope you would continue with a maintenance routine after your goal is made, the benefits are just too valuable not to do it.

I also realized that, for me to get to my PE goal, I must drop off the bad habits like toxic friends, too many ladies and weed smoking. PE comes with a lot of benefit. It also serve as a means of losing weight.
