I've been thinking about trying pumping for at least 60 days straight (no days off). My real goals are to go for at least a year straight with no days off with pumping . I'm most likely going to do 5x3 method, then move up gradually.

What's the longest you've guys went with pumping ? What were your gains and what were the pros and cons (for you)? I'm okay with my girth, but my main objective is to treat this as an experiment. I don't have any set goals so.... Yeah, I'm about to start this experiment soon.

I will be curious to see what the results are from your experiment. I have been pumping for 2 to 3 months but it has not been consecutive days but there are some members here that hit it pretty hard with the pump

When I first modded my X40 w/the Vacuvin, I stayed fully pumped for almost an hour (continuously adding more pressure)...what I came-out with was a serious donut! I now go for 12 minutes three times with squeezing/jelqing between sets...this keeps the FR in-check.

IIRC, there were no days off for a couple of months

The BathMate can cause serious retention when we go too long and going so long does not increase the speed of the gains. The 5x5x3 was created as the point of retention was at about the 5 minute mark so that is why I introduced the SSJ next, so as to disperse any retention that may have occurred. Some men can go longer than others and still get good results so sometimes retention changes from person to person. But in most cases 5 minutes will begin to take on water . The combination of the 2 makes the routine so great, total tissue expansion with very minimal retention .

I have come to realize the key for me is my EQ while in the cylinder...the better EQ the better the expansion and the better my session. I haven't read too often where this has been explored, but I can definitely notice a difference.

You see, having poor eq gave you a silver lining, you now have a greater understanding of the mechanics of how you gain. Very cool.

Hey BSA, I'm just wondering what you mean by high EQ in the cylinder. Ok, I can understand "getting" a high EQ before going into the cylinder. But then, you pump up, considerably beyond your best EQ. But then What? Are you still trying to increase your EQ? How? For me, I go in semi to fully erect. But once I'm in and pumped, I can't increase my EQ any further. Even trying to remain "stimulated" so as to encourage an erection is nigh impossible, because there is intense pressure at the base and my dick feels like it's going to explode (yes, I do use the vv). And this, for me, is a bit uncomfortable, and certainly not sexually stimulating! When I'm in the BM, I focus on either doing kegels, or stretches . So, please clarify what you mean. Going in? Or something else during your BM session?

I get the least amount of fluid retention and the most expansion when I start my BM session with as close to 100% erect as I can and hold it for as long as I can while doing what I call 'dynamic kegels' where I get the pump to what feels like max and then simultaneously press the BM toward my body and kegel at the same time...then release and do it again and again. I have a tablet that I can use in the shower and play whatever inspirational video I'm in the mood for and try to stay at this level for the majority of my 10-12 minute leg. Release and do some jelqs /squeezes and repeat.

It does get a bit uncomfortable when you're 100% erect at 100% pressure and then you throw a kegel and press...it's intense. The only way this is possible is with The VV cuz I also vary the pressure during my sets depending how my EQ is...sometimes the lower pressure allows me to become more erect.

Yes, I can see how reducing the pressure would also reduce the discomfort level and allow manual stimulation of the pump to encourage a greater erection quality. Worth a try.

I'd encourage everyone to experiment with varying pressures/angles/duration/etc. Keep your body guessing :)

These all make a big difference for certain men. Sometimes the BathMate works better upside down for some men, some use it to one side or the other. Position and angle create great intensity. The use of the wine-vac is also brilliant. Never be shy to be original and creative and make the most of the equipment you have. Without experimentation there would be any things lacking from our Brotherhood.

Hey dude, I am also trying to pump daily. Usually pump at least 1 hour during the week and do multiple hours on the weekends. Pumping every day for one year straight sounds really like a good plan to me. Cause as far as I can tell it DOES pay off to keep pumping constantly. I am mostly a ballpumper, but I think that also is true to cock pumpers.

At first it was hard to invest all that time into pumping , but it is possible when you really want it. I for example combine playing playstation, watching tv and surfing the net with pumping . So you dont have downtime and you can increase your tube time quite easily.

What helped me a lot to keep track of my pumping and what gives me motivation to retube and pump again is a "pumper's diary" where I note down the time I spent in the tube every day. So you keep pushing yourself and you keep increasing your time and it motivates you to pump more. Some people track their steps, I do track the tube time.

Pumping of course IS one of my number one time consumers, but it always makes you proud when you set a new record and it pushes you more and more.
