It's late (or early) so i didn't take the time to read any of the other posts but heres my 2 cents...

Try doing yoga or Tai Chi to clear your mind. This has worked wonders for me. Also make sure when your with a lady you take calm, deep, breaths through your nose. Let your entire torso rise and fall (not just your chest, use your stomach). Try it through out the day so it becomes natural.

Don't worry about that plaque thing. Though I haven't read the article (I will in the morning), it looks like your penis has enough blood flow. Sounds to me like you need to but your body some slack. I don't know what type of work out routine you do but 2.5 hours is too much especially if that is everyday. Pushing yourself for that long is inefficient and uses more resources than you can produce. Leave a little something for you friend ;) .Cardio is fine but cut out weight lifting for a while. If you don't, keep it at half an hour, 60 sec break max. See, you need Nitric Oxide+Phosphorus+Testosterone and Choline to get it up like the Washington monument. By working out so long your throwing your bodies Testosterone cycle out-of-wack (i.e. you make less durring down time). Plus even if your supplementing N.O. you'll spend most of it on exercise. However, I would also bet you aren't getting enough Choline. Phosphatidylcholine (found in Lecithin), choline chloride and choline bitartrate are all good choline donors. Take no more than 3 grams (1.5 should be fine) in separate doses (i.e. 50mg/50mg/50mg) with Pantothenic acid and Vitamin C (both found in soy). A large single dose (of choline) will give you diarrhea :p.

After you cut back on the weight lifting Testosterone/HGH cycles should go back to normal in a few days then start out with the shorter time. The rest can be condensed into this:
L-Arginine(N.O.):nuts and seeds like almonds peanuts and raisins. All protein rich food Diary, poultry, fish, meat etc.
Choline: protein and fat rich foods incl. eggs, meats, soybeans, peanuts etc.
Eat oats, wheat too and dried dates too.

Be wary of synthetic pills especially Viagra and Cialis. They ARE dangerous.

I take an advanced multi-vitamin and drink a shake with Soy and Whey (on top of my fruits and veggies of course). THIS COMBO RULES!

So i think I will reply to myself a second time. :p I see your planing on taking 5-HTP so allow me to offer some friendly advice. :) .Your symptoms are conducive with low Serotonin/5-HTP. But getting 5-HTP from your diet is drastically better than supplementing even if its from a natural source like griffonia. Oats, peanuts, dried dates, cottage cheese, turkey, milk, bananas, fish and other fresh meat contain good amounts of 5-HTP or Tryptophan. I mentioned above^^ drinking whey which contains Tryptophan. 5-HTP = 5-Hydroxy-tryptophan. Even if you just consume tryptophan your body will make it's own 5-HTP and 5-HT (serotonin). Isn't the human body great!?

I cringe when the majority insist it's a psych problem. This appears to be a physical problem. Sure! Stress/performance anxiety can cause erection problems. But even if one is feeling nervous, the body has a mind of its own. Erections occur with words, or holding hands, or kissing, petting, etc. Cial, Viag, Levit, should be the last thing on your list to repair. Even herbs, at 18 years old is a stretch. When I was 18, I was a walking hard-on. Damn, I miss those days. <:(
 
All I can say is stay away from SSRIs. After I got out of the Army they put me on those worthless pills to help me cope with all the war stuff (constant death around kinda does that). Well, after around 6 months of taking them I had to stop. I always seemed like I was in la la land. Could focus, but was always out of it to the external world. The biggest thing I noticed, no more erection and no desire to have sex with any woman. I'm telling you those pills messed me up. Needless to say, I had the doc change the dosage and it didn't help at all. So, I did my own little experiment. After around 40 days of being off of the SSRIs, I was able to start getting erections again. Over time they got stronger like they had been before the pills, but never back to 100% without some supplement help. Just wanted to give you the truth about the erection/sex drive killer pills. Also, many of my friends from the unit went through the same thing.

I agree. Putting pressure on yourself in this way can lead to poor EQ (Erection Quality).
That is the reason we should not force our-self.
The attraction and sexual desire needs to come automatically (from within), and not with a pill.
