Hey guys, I have been having a lot of trouble while doing my stretching routine. I have a very hyper active sex drive and get hard quite often, even if nothing is happening. When I start stretching I start to get an erection until it becomes a full out boner. I have to wait for it to go away and start over, this is fine and all but it takes a lot of extra time when this happens. I have tried masturbating before hand but that doesn't stop this problem. Any advice is appreciated.

Edit: I also have a random question. I am over weight (currently losing) I am probably 80ish pounds overweight. Should I expect some gains from the weight loss? Should I wait to do Penis Enlargement after I have lost weight?

All. Can think of is try and get blood pumping to other parts of your body then stretch??
Don't wait till you lose fat just do Penis Enlargement now but if you lower you fat pad your Dick can be seen more

I think this is not all that bad. What you can do is either do some erect stretching (very effective when you want to make flaccid gains into erect gains) or maybe throw in some jelqs (good for girth, but also very effective length exercise). But if I was you- I'd consider this to be a bonus. That way you not only stretch, but you superset different exercises. Once your erection subsides- go back to your normal stretching routine. If you do what I wrote above, not only will you be able to continue your routine, but you will upgrade it to the level where you gain more and combine it with some girth methods giving you even more gains. I think this is something you should be happy and excited about LMAO

If you really want that boner out of the picture- masturbate and afterwards do some DLD Blasters principle (tire you PC so that you could get the most effective stretch ever). The reason why DLD Blasters is one of the best (if not the best) length exercises is behind its principle (you tire you PC off, so that it does no "defensive kegels" and not resist your stretch. Once I read DLD saying that is the surgery method- they cut the suspensory part and send people home with extenders and stertching routines. Doing what I wrote above is a perfect way to mimic this whole thing. Therefore, this would be as effective as having a Penis Enlargement surgery, but with the difference that you PC will be stronger, it will safe and natural, and no one's gonna cut nothing). Try doing both and see which one works better for you :)


Oh, and about the weight loss- yes, you will gain! Let's just say that BPenis EnlargementL (Bone Pressed Erect Length) will come more and more like NBPenis EnlargementL (Non Bone Pressed Eerct Length). Measure both and you will see what the difference is :). if you have any questions on how to measure both or anything- do not hesitate to ask me- I'll be around! :)

You should time your masturbation to be right before your length work. As a matter of fact, start your girth work with the good erection quality you have and when girth work is finished, blow one off and attack length, after masturbation is the best time to stretch. Check out SRT to learn more about how masturbation can benefit your enlargement and healing.

Very much so! I would suggest opening with a solid girth session, if you are rocking the SRT Routine, get the 5x5x3 in and then, if you desire, do a bit of edging for endurance, after, let loose the load and now, at this VERY SPenis EnlargementCIAL TIME, you are in the refractory state where there is absolutely NO RESISTANCE to the stretching, none! The pelvic floor muscles are in a state of exhaustion and are unable to resist to the intensity of the stretch. You will find that your penis is more malleable, easier to stretch and more responsive to post-gains. Following the SRT routine, I suggest healing in a state of elongation using a SizeGenetics Extender or at least the Uncle Jim's Wrap, this will enhance the length that the gains will stay, bring quicker healing.

It is common among newbies to get an erection while stretching. With time it will change, you will get used to the whole thing and become more relaxed. Losing weight will reveal more hidden penis. You can be doing your PE routine while losing weight at the same time.
