Ok I'll try and keep this brief this is what I believe...........
Newbie gains are mainly stretching of the ligaments that surround the penis not the penis itself the length gains you make are not making your actual penis longer your just exposing more inner penis and deforming the surrounding ligaments.
I've made 2 inches EL from years of stretching like this but now after deciding to try and gain a little more LENGTH I'm going to have to stretch and deform the penis itself not the surrounding ligaments because I've exhausted that way of gaining.
The limiting factor gaining from the penis itself is the tunica it's very very strong and adapts quite fast the only way I can make gains from the tunica is if I either
1.HANG.....using a fulcrum,straight up,over the leg,straight out and various other angles that won't engage the ligaments like straight down and between the cheeks.
Increasing the weight and time under tension as the tunica adapts to the stress levels.
2.CLAMPING/PUMPING.....stressing the penis to expand beyond normal size and hoping after a while I gain from the expanded state.
3.PGE-1 CHEM Penis Enlargement.....I've tried this before again like clamping mainly a girth exercise I gained 1/4 inch girth from about 6 weeks of pinning 3-4 days a week I stopped due to scar tissue forming at the injection site.
Limiting factors are pge-1 is getting hard to come by,having a painful erection for 3-4 hours every time you inject,still having to jelq,pump,clamp and stretch to get max results.
I think the best approach is hanging combined with collagen softeners like DMSO/PABA and vitamin E once a day or injecting tb-500 2 MG once a week to keep scar tissue down and make everything more pliable.
If I can get into a routine hanging daily while I watch TV or play games on a computer even while eating dinner I can attach my hanger and rack up the hours under tension and when going about my daily activities wear a silicone sleeve or something to keep the extended state going on.
In theory it sounds good but making this a reality may be hard to achieve.
Any tips,pointers or am I going about this the wrong way is much appreciated.
