Ive been stuck on the same girth for about 2 years, trying everything from heat lamps to clamps, and I cant figure out whats going wrong..

I gained a little over a a quarter inch in the years before this stagnant period, doing jelqs and slammers.

Ive recently been doing half of the dry girth busters routine, and a half hour of slow squash jelqs... and like everything else it seems to be doing a great job but I just don't get any permanent results... should I be doing this two times every day or what!?

Now, i know people don't like to advocate "enlargement pills" on this site, but i think you should probably give them a go while also using the exercises. They keep your penis pumped all day and i believe they helped me gain in both my length and my girth.
Maybe also try using Viagra during your girth workouts.
 
Yea, when I made my first few months gains I was taking some sort of pills, but I don't think I got any girth out of them, I don't know..

I seem to always get excited about these new techniques, jelq-roller, girthbusters, now slow squash. Its like I'm so sure they're gonna work I start developing a victory speech but the permanent gains never come and that 3/4 of an inch I need seems IMPOSSIBLE.

i was going to ask that...what are you doing now? how frequently and what is the time frame to complete...some guys growth are just stubborn as all hell...but there has to be something to break it.
 
Im gonna do sloq squash for 30-45 minutes every day and a half or two days. This exercise, when I figured out how to do it intensely, really plumped me up. Is this often enough?
 
Honestly, I don't know if I admire people who keep the exercises for so long without seeing results or if they confuse me. I mean... how can you keep doing what you're doing for so long without seeing ANYTHING change? You gotta have a hell of a straight focused center balanced fucking mind! =P

Having that said, I'm searching for the guy in here that I've read before who was in a similar situation; he realized, looking backwards to his girth gains, that the gains occured either while he was proper resting and keeping his cock full for more time (droping a few jelqs along the day or wearing a cock ring).

I'm not sure about the time of rest and the time of maintaining your dick big but searching for big girth gainers it is common to hear them saying similar things about keeping your dick full along the day. The 'theory' is simple: if you can't keep your dick bigger next time you're jelqing, then it's like beggining from 0 every time. You gotta push the limit further and further every time, this is why you need to maintain your cock as full as possible for your next session.

I did Penis Enlargement for 3/4 months with no girth results — which led me to quit P.E.. I pushed to my limits doing 1 to 1 and 1/2 hour of exercises DAILY for almost 4 months without seeing the results. Tried different exercises, angles, grips, even a tiny drop of blood came out in a bad frustration day where I didn't had the care I should. Anyway, I really couldn't believe that all that 120 days sweat had no worth AT ALL. I remember almost crying in the last measurement day.

For length, in the other hand, the gains were marvelous. Which led me to think of two things:
1 - P.E. obviously works.
2 - I must be doing something wrong.

Now I'm about to read as much as I can about this 'theory' and re-start P.E.

One more things: they say that plastic deformation occurs while you're maintaining your dick full; that means that if you just jelq and let it go, your dick is just extending and retracting, having no effect whatsoever in plastic deformation. If you keep your dick big it's like a new 'form' and your body should adapt to that.

Wow, this is great advice to look into. So besides the exercises, there must be something we should do in between to keep full. If I remember correctly, the time I made my initial girth gains I was into wearing one of those homemade Rings of Power. Aren't extenders supposed to have very positive effects on gaining girth?
I'm thinking we should try something out during our exercise in between times...
 
since the above post I've been wearing the ring of power, and I certainly think it's going to help me break through. Full all day, and not a single problem keeping 100% hard during the exercises, amazing!
 
Girth comes when the proper pressure and force bring expansion past it's normal full erected girth size. Slow Squash Jelqs really allow for above-maximum expansion.
 
I've had great results from costricted (hand or clamp) wall presses (as many as possible each day), semi erect (+80%) slow bent rolls, +100% erect pumping while kegaling. All the clamped exercises are very intense and very beneficial for girth i feel.
 
YES.. that is basically what I've been doing, the slow squash into a wall (in my case its into the armrest of my couch). After 2-3 weeks now I can tell I have overcome my plateau.

Wearing the ROP functioning as an all-day-clamp seems to be kickstarting shit into gear, as well
 
Sounds good. Try to do a moist heat warm-up like a shower or wrap first. Just keep everthing as intense as you feel is safe and as long as you can while maintaining a +100% erection. You'll gain...

I've been really pondering wearing a loose-fitting jelly cock ring for an ADC. You generally hang about .5" longer?
