To be fair I was almost ready to quit but I have decided to take my measurements and I was happily surprised when I discovered that BPFSL in 1 month changed from 6.5" to 6.75". Or I would say on 1 cm. I remember very well that back to previous measures I was stretching my dick really hard. I gave up girth work after I saw some permanent changes on glance which are not pretty. But stretching+ bundled have given some results.
My programme is
Erect stretch (5 min)
Jerking
Bundled(10 min)
Stretching(35min)
1 chill day a week
Do you think I should work out one more month and if changes would be low begin adding some exercises or should I add at least exspresive stretch right now?(or how do you call that inner dick work out)
 
I recommend doing same routine for another month or two(or until you feel you are used to it and need more intensity)
Do the same But ADD more time to reps. if you were doing 30 secs now do 40 secs OR 45, Yo can go up to a minute 30

Another VERY VERY IMPORTANT THING is REST and SLEEP, in order to your dick to grow you must sleeep properly.

The tissues inside the cavernous bodies of the penis by the action of the pressure and push of the blood exerted by the jelqing exercises are subjected to microburst, and to repair those microburst the cells divide by Mitosis and the tissue grows and the penis Becomes larger.

The Cell Division is the most important part of the cell cycle in which a stem cell divides to form two daughter cells and growth occurs. Mitosis is the shape of the Cell Division for growth and enlargement of the penis.

Possible things to consider. How often are you masturbating? This can affect your erection quality. You may feel its great when you masturbate but there is potential size you are probably missing from too much ejaculation. Be careful not to do so much.
 
Without masturbation I become wicked and think about sex every hour. But I would not say that erection quality is not good enough, it's on its maximum I think. But I will try to workout with adding masturbation less. Thanks
 
I am already stretching for 45 seconds. I don't think I can do longer. He becomes white after every stretch

Some discoloration it's ok. just don't hurt yourself by trying to push further. WATER AND PAPER TOWELS CAN HELP WITH GRIP.
The effective and comfortable perfect grip for stretches is something that only you will find with each session.
But always grip from behind your head.
45 secs it's perfect keep it that way.

when I started gripped with 2 fingers behind the head, this will stretch ligs and all your shaft.
But you'll hit a spot where you can't stretch further at least not manually, and won't feel the tissue stretching as in the beginning and your dick will become extended on the upper shaft but turtled on the lower.

When you get there start adding fingers and gripping deeper but always the last finger behind your head.
(this one is kinda tricky, but as I said only you will find the perfect grip)

Being 40 - 45 % erect helps a lot with stretches


Also go slow, first set,pull till your limit; No more.
Second set a little more, third set a little more.

All PE exercises are progressive, go slow; Every sesh.

Exactly, especially with manual stretching (or girth work) you will see discoloration from the spectrum of dull white to dark purple. In almost every manual stretch you will never hold it for more than a minute or two so do not worry too much on this short discoloration, it will always disappear within 12 hours or less. Where constriction matters is at the 20-30 minute mark, this is the point where many men will experience longer color issues and even putting penile tissue at risk.
 
Now I got not discolouration but deformation in form of small tubercles and they are looking to be permanent. Which is rather dissatisfied.

Make sure your penis is not cold. Warm up your penis with a heat pad or cup of warm water for every session.
 
By the way tried to stretch without jerking. Did not succeed cuz it got hard like in 15 seconds. Maybe fatigue won't be my problem at least for now
 
You'll get use it to getting hard while stretching. Everytime you piss stretch, then your mentality will know everytime you stretch its not for fun. lol also

once you fail to see any new improvements i would say up the workout.

Honestly it takes time to get used to your dick not getting hard every time you stretch

Lol I always get those tubercles haha it's from the pressure.

They always go away
Try to give your head some Bloodflow and time

It happens to me here and there a few times too and I've been doing PE for over a year. I think it's just a libido thing or sensitive penis thing.
 
Yeah I can, after next workout, but am not sure if my device will catch it cuz it's not a colour stuff but deformation with small bulbs. I can tell for sure it's better than it was month ago, but still looks to be permanent or at least one more month.
 
But how is it about libido. I have thick skin so I don't think penis should be sensitive to this kind of stuff.
