Well, though I have had what I consider to be great length gains in the last year of doing Penis Enlargement, girth has been relatively slow. Nevertheless, I finally started to get great girth gains that have elluded me until only recently. I attribute it to these things in this order:

(1) I don't do length and girth at the same time anymore and cycle each. So right now all I do is girth for two months (enough time to get some temporary gains and cement it), and then I will do just length which includes hanging and manual stretching. I find that even though you can get good length gains while doing girth, it doesn't work the other way around because hanging and stretching hurts my erections too much to get maximal engorgement that I need to really get a good girth pump. When I am doing length work consistently it is not like I can't get a good erection, just that due to tissue fatigue, I am just not getting as hard as I get when I don't do length work. Also, I think if you have been doing Penis Enlargement for a while the tissues get tougher and tougher and you only have so many hours a day to do Penis Enlargement so it is better to focus hard on either girth or length than half ass them both.

(2) I do a girth excercise which is pretty much my only girth excercise now besides edging. Though I have had decent girth gains in the last year (gone from probably 4.25 to 4.75 first 10 months), I am now at 5.25 in the last two months (half inch girth gain) and my girlfriend keeps making comments lately time about how it feels bigger and bigger. Basically, what I do while clamped and fully engorged, is with one hand I do a straight out pull, then I kegel and with the other hand clamp down at the base and do a slow dry jelq up to the glans while trying really hard to keep the stretch with the other hand as good as I can. After doing this excercise for about an hour I can sometimes be at 5.75 midshaft. I feel you need to consistently engorge yourself to half an inch larger than your normal erection to really get good girth gains, so rather than have a time limit or number of jelqs or whatever, I think accurately measuring your pump while clamped is the determinant for when you are done (tissue fatigue is another).

(3) I try and do girth 7 days a week, but usually ends up being 6 for all kinds of reasons. I used to do a day on and a day off and though I could get a good pump and things would be really hard and things felt like a great workout, when it came to the end of the month when I measured I noticed nothing. This could be because of reason #1 and that my prior girth work was mostly just squeezes and bends, but I think consistency is very important when it comes to girth.

So, I am almost done with my 2 month cycle and I probably need it as it is becoming more and more difficult to get the kind of inflated stretch feeling that gets me to a girth greater than 5.75 that does not include donut girth which doesn't count in my book. So I will be doing 2 months of length work and then at that point I can see if my girth gains have remained while I allow my tissues to decondition for more heavy girth work. Hopefully, the two month break from length work will allow me to get some more easy length by the end of the year.

I guess everyone is different, but in my humble experience trying to work both girth and length at the same time once your dick reaches veteran status is not very productive because unless you decondition it, your dick will just get tougher and tougher and tougher and you just won't get any real stretch.

If you already have great length and you are only working on girth, well then I suppose you could just take a complete break. In fact, some people say a complete break from all Penis Enlargement is necessary for deconditioning but I disagree since the tunica is made of two layers of collagen, one for expanding the length and another for expanding the girth so if you only put stress on one layer, the other layer should be free to decondition (in theory), so you can tax the vertical collagen layer (the one responsible for length), while the spiral collagen layer (the one responsible for girth) can decondition due to not being stressed beyond its elastic potential and going into the realm of plastic deformation.

Anyways, I am only an inch in length and a 1/4 inch in girth away from my goals now so thanks to everyone here for all the great discussion in the last year which has helped me a lot in finally finding a girth routine which works for me. Been stuck at 8 BPenis EnlargementL for a while now in length so wish me luck in getting to 9 BPenis EnlargementL or else pray my fat pad miraculously disappears (I am not fat, just it is a stubborn spot that probably only lipo can cure).

I couldn't agree more on the points you've made! I am also a total believer in the necessity of strategic deconditioning of the tissues every now and then, as well as cycling girth/length. I only do a light maintenance routine of one or the other when I'm focusing on one area of development.
Congrats on the gains, BTW!

Great post, I'm just getting into clamping/constriction and I think (hope!) it's doing me good.

I'm only doing girth right now and have been for quite a while. My current length is just right for the gf, occasionally she yelps when I ram it in too far, but most of the time it fills her nicely. Now to work on really stretching her out :)

Yeah it's old...

Non the less, I think Ima use this routine in part or in it's entirety, because I REALLY need girth... 5 is freakin small <:(

Have you checked out Phase 5? It is almost impossible not to gain using that routine.

Are you saying you need to cycle your length from your girth. Im doing phase one routine except using bundled stretches and doing pulses with each set. And after that i do supra slammers(5-15). Is that bad. Length is way more important to me right now then girth. I would do anything to get to the length i want. Is it bad to both the phase 1 and slammers every day. i spend about 2 hours a day on both and do 5-7 days a week, at least 5.

And also would it be alright if i alternated days. Say on monday do phase 1(Bundled, 3 reps for each set and pulse theory) with supra slammers. And on tuesday do DLD Blasters 50 to 100 with supra slammers. And keep on doing that.

Im wondering what would be best? I want to hear what everyone thinks would be the best routine? I also wanna know if im over doing it any?

Same here, i want length at the mo. But also bit off girth as i go along. I am following the newbie routine, and ive added DLD polly blasters and Pulse 110's in. And girth i was doin supra slammers with jelqs after similar to body builder.

Should i split length and girth up into seperate days and what would be the best way to go about a routine? Should i take the supra slammers out?
