I have finally achieved 8 bpel by 6 (and a bit more) in mseg. In fact I'm at 6 just beneath the head and widening as it gets farther down.

I was cautiously optimistic about a measurement of 7.85 I got two weeks ago. Now I'm sure I have 8 just about exactly. It's a slow climb for sure but it is definitely growing. I was ready to quit if this last crazy routine hadn't worked.

So that's +1.5 girth and +.5 in length. I very honestly thought it was hopeless. Now I'm going to go at it harder and see how far I can go.

I'm going to have to do a before and after soon. I'll be sure to include a pic of my beast mode with the ring after a bathmate and edging session. Thanks for the insane amounts of advice and information everyone.

Congratulations! You are a source of inspiration and motivation to all of us! We are proud to have brothers that are dedicated and commited to their goal (which therefore means they are SUCCESSFUL)! :) Cheers mate!

I feel like I should mention that I stubbornly went at it "my way" for several months before I caved and listened to conventional wisdom on length work. I still do little tweaks to try to make it more intense for me but the bottom line is I needed the knowledge I got here. Kegals, directional fulcrum stretches, expressive stretching, bundles, SRT, and longer durations of extending all came from right here.

And now, truly, I am happy with it. Even though it doesn't look that different. That little designation of 8 is just a big deal to me. My next goal isn't going to be a number. It's going to be a time frame. Month one down. 5 to go. Measure bi weekly and share my experience with others.

I feel wordy again. But I've wanted this for over 10 years. Can't believe I finally got here.

Cool man and congrats! The best thing you can do now is to keep doing what you've been doing for at least another 6 months, then re-evaluate.

Why not measure monthly? :) http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...tters-of-size-progress-thread.html#post631964

given by your measurements and what youve gained, we started at very similar sizes :) i also measure bi weekly.

i havent gained as much as you yet though, and im most interested in girth. 1.5 inches is a huge amount of girth to gain. what did your girth routine consist of to get those gains?

I think he uses the girth portion of the SRT Routine.

Bathmate twice a day and a loose ring all day and night seems to be the biggest trick. I've been doing that and a single 20 minute session of edging with a ring at night before the second pump. I had to stop the morning bathmate because my girth was getting too big for the vacuum head. A bit excessively painful.

When I was focusing on girth I was also doing a variation on the slammer that had some rotary bends and a lot more edging with a ring. If I decided to try for more I'd just do the bathmate twice a day and edge with a ring for 4 15 minute sets. I think using a loose ring SRT style is pretty crucial.

well 8 inches is damn big but just curious whats your size when you measure nbpel?

About 7. Weight loss is a slow process. If I get back to my normal I'll have 7.5 nbp. That's something I will work on regardless of my gains here.

damn getting rid of the fad pad can help the guys out i knew it theres an inch hidden in there haha

You and me both! I just put on another 5 pound putting me at 215:( I am determined to drop 60 pounds asap. I am finally seeing some light of hope in my mood and if things keep improving I should be able to get the job done. I wish you the best on you PE and weight loss.

I could use the crack cocaine diet right about now. Lol. I still need to drop 88lbs and spring is in 2-3 months. Lol

Congrats Longth! Pics or it didn't happen... JK. 8x6 is what I'm going for. I'm drawing inspiration from your journey.

Congrats man! I remember how dedicated you were during these past few months since I have been back on MOS and I am glad it has paid off for you. My last measurement I was 7.75 BPEL, so I am right behind you and hoping to cross the 8 inch barrier sometime soon.

I am really glad this worked for you and keep up the good work!

You're probably right. I only measured less than 2 weeks ago. The jump from 7 and 7/8 to 8 doesn't seem like much, but that combined with what I gained earlier in the month makes it look a lot better. Jumping 2 buttons on the remote would probably have impressed me more than 2 measurements at a button each.

When I get back to my normal weight I will have 7.5+ nbpl. So I guess I ultimately still hope to get to 9 bpel. I'm not going to kick rocks if I only gain another half inch, but I think I'd be surprised if I don't at this point.

My question is this, do you plan to at some point set aside PE altogether or are you going to continue it in some form through the years?

I ask because my goal is 10 BPEL, but if there is any possible way for me to continue PE after I reach that I will still do so even if it is in a greatly reduced form. What are your thoughts about you continuing?
