I will be Penis Enlargementing for the next two months and this is a routine that I have come up with. This is pretty much a modified version of the newbie routine, which I hope will serve me with equal gains if not more, and I need your opinions guysLMAO

Stretches:
Downward - 3 directions- 3 sets - 30 seconds each stretch.
Outward - 3 directions- 3 sets - 30 seconds each stretch.
Upward - straight up - 3 times - 30 seconds each stretch.
(Cant seem to get a good enough grip for the left and right stretches for the upward workout so I chose to discard it).
Rotational stretch - 1 minute each - 3 of these.
I am also unsure about the behind the cheeks stretches..how useful are they when it comes to length gains? As they are currently not in my routine.

? I put my penis between my legs in flaccid state as far as it goes, and I close my legs and hold tight and bend my back backwards until I feel a strong pull, almost like a rip in my pubic area, but it feels good none the less. Should I continue doing these? I do around 3 of these..30 seconds - 1 minute each.

Jelqs:
300 Jelqs for the first two weeks, then 600 after this until the two month period is over.

Kegels:
50 kegels - hold them for 2 seconds each and release.

My starting stats are 5.9"-6.0" x 6.2" and my only goals are length related. I am unsure on how well jelqs increase length instead of girth, so im unsure if there is a point in doing the jelqs. I have been lurking the forums for a few months, and have never taken this seriously, but now I have set my mind to take this as seriously as possible and do these workouts 5 days on, 2 days off for a two month period. My goals are 7"-8" inches long..and gaining an inch by the end of these two months will be amazing.

I would also love to hang as I think it will be the best approach for length gains, but I would need to go with a homemade hanger, so if you can recommend something that would work perfectly, please post up:)

1. I dont want a newbie routine, I want to jump right into it in order to make maximum gains in these 2 months.

2. How important are the jelqs if I only want length gains? Should I still do them?

3. Should I continue doing the stretch between my legs even though it feels like my pubic bone is tearing?

4. What can I add for maximized length gains..as far as stretches and stuff.

I am currently on my 3rd day of Penis Enlargementing, and I am taking this more serious than ever. But can somebody tell me if jelqs are useful if I am only trying to go for length gains? And what can I add in order to achieve my 1inch gain in length by the end of these 2 months..atleast enforce it?
 
I could be wrong, but in my opinion jelqs are very necessary to both length and girth gains. The way I see it, if your goal is length, then you want to do your stretches first, then do a warm up (warming pad or warm [I actually like it really hot, but not boiling] water), and then go into your jelq routines. This will bring a lot of blood into your penis and, I think, help over all in the healing process and the general health of your penis. It'll expand it and make it more "plump and juicy" over time, which I think will complement your quest for length. Anyone else have any input?

Thanks for that. Yea I always do my stretches 1st, jelqs 2nd and kegels last. Im wondering what I can add for better and quicker length gains..and wondering if jelqing actually helps length and not only girth.
 
I was hoping for a bit more feedback on my routine and questions..so thanks to the two guys above who took the time to answer some of my questions. I

After just doing 2 days of this routine, I could feel like penis being more stretchy..so i guess thats a good look already!
 
P.S what are Ulis? Arent they an amazing workout for length along with blasters? What do both of these workouts consist of and how are they when it comes to length benefits?
 
I have been somewhat slacking lately, but I have been doing some sort of Penis Enlargementing each day, taking weekends off..sometimes taking 3 days off because I have busy weekends..anyways, ready to continue..turns out I have 2 more months starting today, until June 30th :)

After about 6-9 stretches, it feels like my penis is really stretchy. I tend to put my thumb on the base of my penis and push downward, while stretching outward with my other hand..seems to feel good and I feel like its better than a regular stretch, an I correct?

A.well as every1 would tell you it is best to start with a newbie routine to condition your penis to handle the more intense exercises and work outs, but all means do some advance stuff just with less intensity and bump it up each week. most peeps would start with a newbie routine gain from that and be able to move up intensity and keep gaining but if you start from the top you carnt keep putting the intensity up!

Q2. How important are the jelqs if I only want length gains? Should I still do them?
A. erm well i ask this the other week and never got a answer! but i would say like what "why-so-serious" said it may hep with healing because of the new blood being pump into your penis but i would say dont do it for ages just 5-10min would do.

Q3. Should I continue doing the stretch between my legs even though it feels like my pubic bone is tearing?
A. well that does sound strange! but if you feel a good stretch in ya ligaments then i would keep doing it maybe with just a little less intensity on the pull back.

Q4. What can I add for maximized length gains..as far as stretches and stuff.
A. i would say BUY a hanger i brought one around 2-3 weeks ago and i love it when i have time to do it you can hang so much weight on your penis for 15-20mins at a time you would never be able to do that with our hands, as well just do your research on different stretches and see what works best for you. dont over do it though because you may over train your penis.

A. yeah this is fine i some times do this my self! you are pushing down on your ligment that attaches to your penis.

Damn I wish I could purchase a hanger but I cant since I dont have much privacy as I still live with the whole family. What kind of hanger do you have? I would like to make one that is homemade, where I could hang 5-20lbs through these 2 months before the summer comes.
 
i brought my hanger from the bib hangers web site for around £50 i got the hardcore hanger version and i only wrap using the theraband i brought with it off their website site. to be honest mate i still live with my family i just hang in my bedroom.
i have read a few things about home made ones they sound good if made right but i didnt have the equipment and/or time to make one and i wouldnt trust the home made one as much as bib's or MV 2.
are you expecting gains in 2 months if you started to hang now? takes along time to gain! and with a hanger you have to condition your penis to take the weight for around 4-6 weeks by hanging with 2-4lbs and slowly going up in weight after around a month.
I would say buy a hanger if you can because they are safer than home made ones and more reliable (in terms of holding more weight with less friction and cutting circulation) and keep manualy stretching you will eventually gain! you got to see P.E. is a life style not a hobby or something you make your self do because gains can take years.
