Here's another sincere vote for cardio/health and erection quality link.
Also, especially for some o' you young guys, weight training/resistance floods your body with HGH right after a good pump. I'll walk, (car crash wrecked running for me for a loooong time), then I'll do as much of my Penis Enlargement routine as I can while in the Horse stance. Not only does this give me strength and stamina in my legs it also helps circulation below the waist; crucial for erection quality, and conditions my body to see a prolonged erection as a typical, usual, desirable condition.

Here's one other thing I'm gonna recommend even though it sounds kinda far-fetched:

Get yourself a body pillow.

A full length body pillow. Somewhere on MOS, I'll link to it later if I can find it, DLD has an exercise where you cross your legs and trap blood in your erection. This works directly from the very root of your penis and is, effectively, a variation of the "Behind the Balls" kind of exercising used by a lot of us to target the inner penis for expansion.

I started using a body pillow a few years ago to help with lower back soreness when I slept. One thing I've been noticing lately is that during sleep I have erections that are not only of teenage quality (I'm 45, by the way) but that seem to last for, literally hours. One very pleasant side effect of this is that my girth is expanding virtually on its own. Not only erect girth but flaccid too.

I've come to the conclusion that this is happening because of the way I sleep; about 3/4 on my belly, but also with my legs crossed in such a way that it promotes blood-flow INTO my sleeping penis and discourages blood-flow OUT of it.
That, combined with the above exercise routine, produces some damn fine results for my penile health. Which was my original reason for finding MOS; growth, for me, was a secondary, although much welcome, aspect.

This past weekend was an extremely gratifying demonstration of that when my Ol' Lady couldn't keep her hands and mouth offa my cock; she just kept telling me over and over, "Two hands AND a mouthful...I can't fit my hands around it!" And for the first time in my life I had to be EXTREMELY careful not to be too forceful in my thrusting, especially from behind or when she was on top. So if any of you guys out there decide to try a body pillow, for whatever reasons, chime back in and tell us if you're experiencing anything similar. Sorry to just be getting to your thread.

The main reason I got back into Penis Enlargement was because I had no erections whatsoever without viagra/cialis.

Over the past year and a half I've hung weights, jelqed, uli'ed, kegeled...sometimes together on a specific routine, sometimes not.

But when I first came to this sight one of the guys, I think it was GermanStallion, gave me some advice I didn't want to hear.

He said that in order for you to have rock hard erections you had to generate overall good blood flow below the waist and he added that testosterone was created in your thighs as I recall (forgive me please because it's been a while since I've remembered that post).

I gave up my progress that I was making in the girth dept by doing Uli's routine because I still have f*cking tennis elbow in a big way (caused by the uli's). The problem with this sport is that once it's in your blood you basically have withdrawal symptoms cause you can't pull on your cock! J/K, it's not that bad.

Anyway, about 5 or 6 weeks ago I decided to go to the football field and do some wind sprints because I feel as though I'm wasting away with little to no exercise...I went maybe once that week. The next week I went twice and threw in some hiking. By the third week I went 4 or 5 times and was doing NO Penis Enlargement at all. Funny thing happened...I was on a train to Erection City...hard as a rock.

Since that time, I've stopped running due to the area and have begun doing a cardio DVD which seems more taxing than the running. 35 min of pure cardio + 100 crunches. (I haven't lost weight so that's not it)

I'm hooked on cardio for erection levels. If a person could combine this with two jelq sessions (one in the morning and one in the evening) daily for 10 to 15 min each session...Wow! If you could also throw in about 500 kegel pumps daily you be ready for a �naked people movies�.

BTW, the other day my wife tried to bend my cock in the middle while it was hard and there was hardly any give.

I don't know if the thighs are the secret or the calves are but getting the blood flow to the lower extremities is vital for a fantastic erection.

Try drinking smoothies which contain the antioxidant Acai fruit.

I was having the same problems but trust me you will notice rock hard erections after drinking this stuff for 1-2 days.

It's an anti oxidant and was described in mens health mag as natures viagra.
It basically pushes cholesteral out of your body improving blood flow massively.

Give it try, as long as its got lots of Acai in it it'll do the trick!
 
Yoga and Tai Chi are unbelievable for increasing circulation. I would regularly get erections like tman08 was talking about when I did yoga. Knowing this I would do streches that targeted the legs and specifically groin area. Actually your penis can permanently increase in size if you stay hard like this for long enough. I'm a little vague but i believe its similar to something called ballooning, your dick certainly feels like one.

Anyway get rock hard and stimulate (watch �naked people movies�, etc.) as need to stay that way for at least 30min and do not climax. The effects will be even greater if you massage your solider with Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) rich cream. GLA is especially great if you're circumscribed as it is used to stretch the skin and thus accommodate your growing member. Evening Primrose and Starflower are good GLA donors.

Testosterone is key in determining not only the size of your penis but its overall health. Testosterone is used to make DHT. If, when your cock is rock hard you have large amount of DHT in your blood you body will tell your penis to make more DHT receptors to handle more DHT (and blood) making your penis bigger. Tribulus Terrestris is the best for Testosterone but it must contain adequate protodioscin. And BTW your blood is about 80% water so you must also make sure you are getting enough every day. I'm 19 and i drink about 3 litters. I'm sure you'll find an equation to calculate how much you need if you google it.

Exercise is great for testosterone boosting and producing blood (oh and a million other things). On that note cardio/aerobic is probably better if you want to grow and sustain a big dick. My reasoning is that if your building lots of muscle mass as you would with lifting weights, your body must support them with blood (and other bio-resources) that you could otherwise be giving to you cock. :)

Someone mentioned Arginine which will work wonders. It increases NO production which in turn increases (to a point) the maximum amount of blood you penis can hold. L-Arginine, Ornithine and Citrulin all boost NO.

Oasis, I've used herbs and they are straight penis fuel. Tibetan Rhodiola, Cordyceps, Astragalus root, Siberian Ginseng and Dong Gui are probably the best but if you take a formula it will contain other things that only help.
