I'm still keeping to my routine but my really good ring snapped a couple of weeks ago so now I'm back to a less tight ring which isn't really giving me the same pressure i would like. I'm however able to keep it on for a really long time i have reached the 10 hour mark one day. So I'm keeping at and hopefully i will see some gains in a couple of months.
 
RoninTT - I read your thread with great interest - I have been using cock rings for a few years as a sex toy and not part of my Penis Enlargement regime. I tried the cock ring yesterday - kept it on for 7 hours - with a 5 minute jelq break every hour just to keep the blood going, and have been wearing the ring since 6am this morning. My cock does feel thicker but also slightly cold. Thats the only thing worrying me as I have read in many places that cock rings should only be worn for 30 mins or so. I'm telling you guys, it really IS worth it to invest in a quality ring like I have from JT's stockroom. A ring should (as I said above) fit to within 1/2'' of your erect girth. It should be semi snug when flaccid and give you around a 1/4''-1/2'' temporary increase in girth when erect without cutting off blood flow. Quit using the cheap, too tight rings that wear out fast. You save a few bucks up front, but in the long run a quality silicone ring like the one I linked to above is worth the extra $$. It will last for years.
 
It obviously hasn't turned black and fallen off from lack of blood flow. I know its bigger than it looks on this page.

At the moment I'm using a cheap ring but getting a OK result from it. I wouldn't use a ring that leaves you cold as i would think there is to must that can go wrong. If I use a ring that leave me cold it's only as a warmup before the long clamping. I'm looking into using a different and more expensive ring but I haven't decided yet, but i will keep you guys updated as soon as i do.
 
What size did you determine would work the best and do you experience your penis getting cold. Did you build up to all day. How about aluminun or steel rings or does it have to be silicone ring. I don't want to damage my penis in progress. I noticed that 1 1/8 fits snug but not to tight and 1 1/4 fits good but not as snug. Any input would be great. Keep up good work...
 
Its hard to say what size I'm using, its more the tension of the ring that is important to me. I don't use steel rings as they hurt way to much if I get an erection. So I keep to the more flexible ones as I find them much more comfortable. I rarely have problems with a cold penis but I don't use that much tension in my ring it's more about the hours than the tension whit me.
 
I have tried different rings ( I have quite a collection as I love the feeling of jerking off, edging and sex with a cock ring on) and for the last week have been wearing the one thats most comfortable. I wear it after my jelqing and short pump session in the morning. Keep it on for an hour, then off for a few jelqs and stretches- repeat! I have found my cocks girth grows throughout the day, and stays at around 6 1/2 inches for most of the day. This type is designed to be worn around the entire package. That's best actually. Grabs more of the penis.

I tried a cock ring around the entire package -felt more comfortable as the day wore on compared to wearing it round the base of the shaft. After a 8 hour session, my shaft wasnt as wide in terms of girth when worn round the shaft, but my balls hung much lower. Will continue to wear a ring round the entire package and will report back
 
Not sure if anyone is following this thread, but after two days of wearing a ring around the entire package, my conclusions are that its more comfortable and I can wear it for much longer periods. The increase in girth isnt as much but the way my balls feel and hang more than makes up for it
 
Any updates on this? I'm very curious about this. I have been putting on a CR (shaft base) after using the Bathmate. It's been great, I love look and feel of being all swollen :)

But, I haven't had any luck in getting a good quality CR. They either stretch out to much, or break way to easy. So, I decided to buy the horseshoe CR. That looks promising. No breakage and adjustable! Looks like I can use it around the whole package or at the shaft base. We'll see!
