The problem is that even without clamping and despite a thorough warmup (which in my case mostly consists of 5-10 mins of jelqs, SSJs and the likes performed with lower intensity) I'm prone to overreach, i.e. red spots appear; I couldn't care less about them (in an aesthetic sense) if they weren't accompanied by a lowered EQ, which effects the efficiency of further efforts. This problem even showed up when I recently did just one (!) 60 sec (!) rep of manually (!) constricted Frendoz at the end (!) of a 40 minute session! And I'm not exactly new to the game (passed my 1 year anniversary lately). IDK, on the other hand I can report an overall permanent gain of 0,4" within that year which isn't too bad, as far as I understand (please feel free to correct me). It just doesn't seem to add up and I always envy you guys for the epic temp gains you get.

Good gain despite the bad parts:) Some exercises, for me, are just too intense and will lead to spotting and the like. I really enjoy the Slow Squash Jelq because the intensity can be so easily adjusted from gentle to red spot mania intense! It all lays in the hands of the user. Clamping, although I can see how powerful and effective it can be, does carry the highest risk of discoloration, spotting and other skin ailments, some permanent and some no so much. I think if restraint is exercised in clamping it can be safe and effective but I would not be the best one to direct anyone in any direction concerning clamping as it is not my expertise. I have high regard and respect for both Redzulu and Stillwantmore in their direction, education and dedication to spreading the awareness of clamping and it's proper form. Unfortunately, both of these men have had the darkening of the skin that comes with clamping but then again they booth have massive cocks. Some things in Penis Enlargement will be a trade.

thx for the encouraging words, DLD. If it wasn't for the bad EQ I tend to suffer from when I really shoot thru the roof in terms of intensity, I'd give clamping a go. But as things look right now, I'll wait until the end of the year to see if I'm able to break the 6" barrier. That would be 0,1" to go. Should I succeed I'd be happy, because It would indicate that 6,5 would be possible within a reasonable time frame.
