I read about DLD's SRT routine and stretching would be great to do after ejaculation, as the penis is fatigued and very easy to stretch.

From other stuff I've read, I've noticed that lenght / stretch excercises would be done before girth workouts.

And cock rings, so much to choose from! Some are meant for your whole unit and others just for your penis. I'd try to find a ring that has some width. Silicone is a good material, don't have some much experience in latex rings.
Say no to these jelly rings etc., they'll break after couple of times or the first time. Really incompatible with many good lubes as well. They're maybe alright for one-night stands, but for serious workouts and long time use, no way.

Yes, this is essential, which I forgot to mention. I did think about while writing, but what you think always doesn't end up on the message.

If you want to wear something overnight, your best bet would be Ring of Power or ROP for short.

Using a cock ring would be consistent with SRT and healing in an expanded position. What is most important is the exercises you are doing post-ring. The objective is to get as much expansion as possible and letting the cock ring hold the pump.

I've done 10-20 minutes after Penomet or Bathmate, combined with SSJs and jelqs.
Listen to your body, feel how your cock reacts. 30 minutes can be done, but that's around the maximum time. Like said that don't wear the cock ring during sleep, don't wear it for too long either.

Well, uhh, my workouts are mainly 20-30 of Bathmate or Penomet, followed with SSJs. Cool down and wear cock ring after that from 10 - 20 minutes or so.
I wouldn't do 20 minutes each time, only at the end of your girth workout.

Other might have different views about this, my workouts are pretty light most of the part. Still making some gains and as said, it's not a race ...

Well since this threat is still going right on I heard there is different cockrings like Metal ones and silicon ones and even in other mterials.

And I also heard those cock-rings affect the penis differently after a girth rutine etc, some are more for the midshaft and glans and some are for base girth.

Check out the Duro ring from the MOS shop. You are going to love it. Each one of those rings can last you more than 6 months. I used one for 7 months before it ripped apart.
